Terrible customer service!
I have been a very good and content customer in the past until a problem with their app cropped up. Not only did the "customer service" brush me off with standard phrases, they never acknowledged a problem and kept pushing the blame on me. No! Unacceptable! When a customer tells you about a problem, you try and solve it, you don't ignore the customer and brush it off! I've been trying for weeks to get to their tech support and they keep replying with the same answer every time. They don't read, they don't listen. I'm done with them. Worst "customer service" ever!

I already did contact your customer service that way! I have been talking fruitlessly for 5 weeks about this order with them and they have not been helpful at all! My order no. is 11779931, if you want to look up what happened. But I'm done with your company and will take my business elsewhere. I already authorized reshipment on my cost, but since you refuse dealing with my tech issue and I feel unheard and my error report not taken seriously, I will take my business elsewhere, where people are able to handle tech support issues and don't push continuous blame on their customer instead of actually looking into the reported problem.

I just received an update via your customer support. They still refuse to deal with the reported tech issue and advise me to cancel my account after I received my last shipment. That's how much they value customers in YesStyle! Beware! Don't buy from them! They won't take you seriously and won't deal with tech issues! But if anyone still wants to buy from them, don't use their Android app, go through their website instead. Their app is faulty and changes addresses without notification and possibility for fixing the error!
