The package gets lost SECOND TIME IN A ROW
I placed an order at Drop on January 10, it was planned as a birthday gift to my boyfriend. The package was transferred to DHL to be shipped to Bulgaria. At first everything seemed fine, the tracking system showed the package movement but then on March 3 the package stopped at "held at customs" in Bulgaria and never moved anywhere. I contacted Drop support and they said that my package is likely to be lost in transit and suggested sending another one (at this point my bf birthday had already long time passed). Okay, they sent another package and guess what? It got stuck at the same stage!! I contacted support again and received a copypaste of their previous letter about lost package and suggestion to send a new one (so that it will stuck as well I guess)
So it has been 70+ days since I ordered a product from Drop. I get that they must be very rich and willing to toss around their products like it's nothing, but that is definetely not a way to provide services. Or there was never a package in the first place and I was just simply scammed.
Contacted support once again with a demand to either change a shipping company or make a refund and they keep ghosting me so I'm not sure I'll be able to receive my money back.
Worst online shopping experience ever
