utterly disgraceful company.

utterly disgraceful company.. booked a taxi for a 4.45am pick up nobody turned up for 50 minutes resulting in missing our flight.. the driver clearly stated even if you pre book a taxi unless there is a driver at the airport to pick up the job then no driver will be dispatched. upon complaining we were totally ignored. never any response. a truly disgusting unhelpful and unreliable taxi firm. clearly blagged there contract at the airports as they pay the drivers peanuts im told.

ive made several purchases with this online store since June.. they have great products lots of choice.. ive also had to return some of my orders due to sizes being different dependent on which brand your buy from.. its been a hassle free process returning goods for a prompt refund. Ive then gone to buy the right size within 48 hours with them .. all round its an excellent site along with very good service.

a truly dreadful company to deal with.

a truly dreadful company to deal with.. after placing an order online for some reason it used my old address from 9 years ago where I dont live even though my new address is my default address.

I contacted sports direct within 10 mins of ordering only to be forced to use a chat bot as customer service and live chat was queuing and then closed. I thus emailed them online informing them to cancel the order. they emailed back saying I cannot cancel my order.

this goes against the long distance selling act where a customer is entitled to cancel a order. there website has no cancel order option... there non responsive on live chat and the chat is perfectly designed to have no refund to cancellation option installed.
over all a typical mike Ashley business of shaft your customers and make it as difficult as possible.

the customer service is zero with this…

the customer service is zero with this company. paid and booked business class flights to Hong Kong..

we had an 7 hour delay and airline told us to contact booking.com which is absurd. I then had a broken seat that didnt recline along with a faulty tv so could use the onboard screen to watch a film etc.. Cathay Pacific told me I had to complain to booking.com who simply ignore all emails and communication. unless I get a prompt response I will be raising a bank dispute for the return flight of journey. the entire service has been totally unacceptable


update.. booking.com you have sent many emails and you have been provided with our phone number via trustpilot.. you won't call though as your service is a disgrace.as long as your taking peoples money and then ignoring any issues. your poor reviews say it all.

this company is forcing customers to take flight disruption protection.. this is not allowed..
customers have to be given to option..

there scamming customers. eg 2 flights with Ryan air with a connection included both operated by Ryan air makes Ryan air legally responsible for your costs and accommodation or alternative flights etc

kiwi is forcing you the customer to pay for protection your dont legally require .. they are doing this on every connecting flight.. its very frowned upon within the industry and this business needs to be stopped.

shocking service

shocking service, no matter what documents I upload they reject them.. 8 documents all genuine all rejected. customer service is simply not there. foreign call centres with staff who do not help and cannot help. ive sent hundreds of thousands of pound via our business account to suppliers to the far east for years now.. all of a sudden they reject all our company documents. had enough this is one bad company who's service isn't there when you need it.

after being promised a phone call from the store director In Leeds- Ive waited 5 days and of course nobody has called . I cannot stress just how poor the service has been from this company. now attempting to call the main company head office
(stollers) and hopefully i may get a response however I wouldn't be surprised if nobody calls as this company is no better and on a par with others where they dont want to know once they have your money.

update: I thus had a phone call telling me the store director is now off work and couldn't call.. its exceptionally poor service is company is no better than the others.. they only like to dictate to customers.. I will keep updating the review but don't hold your breath.. I thoughts Pratts were supposed to decent but like others once they have your money its bye bye

what a shocking company

what a shocking company . booked flights with these shoddy business who then emailed me to say flight details for each airline I booked with would be sent.. of course no details have been sent. no booking ref details for each airline in the mytrip website once logged in so I cannot check in or get boarding passes for the flights - there customer service is beyond bad. foreign call centres and Ai generated responses have made it impossible.

im left no option but to raise a bank dispute.. the entire process has been a shambolic mess and made it very unpleasant experience. unprofessional company and run like a bedroom set up travel agent.

thanks for ruining our trip, your a true disgrace of company with not a care in the world. ive sent 5 screen shots all showing no booking references for each flight. the dumb foreign centre you just round in circles as there incompetent at doing there job.

we have mailed you and used live chat which is zero help. your an embarrassment of scam company.

a truly shocking store. we went to purchase a bike, upon collecting it the bike they promised had several issues they couldn't be bothered to fix claiming nobody knew or passed on the messages to staff in store so we trekked back to return the bike and they simply shrugged there shoulders like what do you want to us to do.

they then offered to obtain the same bike from another store and they would call us.. of course nobody called us for days on end.


I tried calling.. they do not answer the phone instore, it took for days and 31 attempts for the store to pick up. there own call centres couldn't get through either. the store is evasive in every manner. managers on holiday, short staffed etc all I can say every time I have been into store there is never more than 2 or 3 customers..

so after much hassle we opted for a full refund which they refused to do unless we travelled down to the store.
why should we have to travel there for a 3rd time at our expense ??

we have requested an area manager to call us but we will not hold our breath as this companies customer service is nothing short of a disgrace .AVOID HALFORDS IF POSSIBLE. I for one will never shop with them again.

shocking exepriance.. deposits funds and got asked for Monterey checks etc. spent over 50 minutes on the phone. sent in id as requested. won some money and then ive been harassed ever since. they put a loss limit on my account of £2500 ... im being asked to send in wages slips. savings and personnel bank statements. I am sorry but how dare you .. I have plenty of money and can afford to play. I dont loose that much .. ive been treat in appalling manner and feel this site is ultra aggressive in hounding the customer but there happy to take my money.. why dont you refund my funds and I will play elsewhere. AVOID THIS CASINO IT IS A DISGRACE.

after having two years of account…

after having two years of account issues where I dont actually exist as a customer sky have promised on over 13 occasions we will sort this issue out..

on June 18th over a long phone I was reassured the ibm department was resolving the issue and sky were going to compensate me with a free sky tv package for 12 months as an apology.

guess what.. there liars above and beyond..

this is one company that gone down hill with its customer service so rapidly I actually dont want to a customer. I am truly shocked at how bad sky has become. it's a nightmare of foreign call centres of people working from home with simply no authority or power to resolve anything. they just lie time after time after time.

to start off the car park is shocking. the bays are too narrow. dangerous to say the least. needs bulldozing.


as for the terminal what a disgrace it is.. security Is over crowded and you feel suffocated.

the rest of the terminal is crammed and theres no where t sit and relax.

as for the lounges there as bad. food disgusting.

ive flown from manchester on many occasions from terminal 2 which is excellent but as for the rest of the airport its the pits.

after asking me to verify my account I emailed in all my documents. there is simply no response from them except for the same copy and pasted email asking for my documents. they then had the nerve to ask for sa302 and wages proof.. I refused to provide it even though im financially stable and have a lot of money in my bank account . I only gamble what I can afford to gamble however this Casio wants to address its shocking customer service .its now been 3 months and it appears should there ever be an issue the customer service goes missing. I went elsewhere in the end and frankly they aren't any better.

dreadful customer service and limits

dreadful customer service and limits. I never had any issues on this site depositing .. then I won a max win of 12.5k and withdraw the funds which took 10 days.

then when I came back and made multiple deposits they blocked my account from depositing.

it makes no sense. you get zero help from customer service as they say they do anything and no matter when I try to deposit it says nil allowance for depositing.

shake your heads 32red your a shambles to deal with.
