what a shocking company

what a shocking company . booked flights with these shoddy business who then emailed me to say flight details for each airline I booked with would be sent.. of course no details have been sent. no booking ref details for each airline in the mytrip website once logged in so I cannot check in or get boarding passes for the flights - there customer service is beyond bad. foreign call centres and Ai generated responses have made it impossible.

im left no option but to raise a bank dispute.. the entire process has been a shambolic mess and made it very unpleasant experience. unprofessional company and run like a bedroom set up travel agent.

thanks for ruining our trip, your a true disgrace of company with not a care in the world. ive sent 5 screen shots all showing no booking references for each flight. the dumb foreign centre you just round in circles as there incompetent at doing there job.

we have mailed you and used live chat which is zero help. your an embarrassment of scam company.
