after being promised a phone call from…

after being promised a phone call from the store director In Leeds- Ive waited 5 days and of course nobody has called . I cannot stress just how poor the service has been from this company. now attempting to call the main company head office
(stollers) and hopefully i may get a response however I wouldn't be surprised if nobody calls as this company is no better and on a par with others where they dont want to know once they have your money.

update: I thus had a phone call telling me the store director is now off work and couldn't call.. its exceptionally poor service is company is no better than the others.. they only like to dictate to customers.. I will keep updating the review but don't hold your breath.. I thoughts Pratts were supposed to decent but like others once they have your money its bye bye
