the customer service is zero with this…

the customer service is zero with this company. paid and booked business class flights to Hong Kong..

we had an 7 hour delay and airline told us to contact booking.com which is absurd. I then had a broken seat that didnt recline along with a faulty tv so could use the onboard screen to watch a film etc.. Cathay Pacific told me I had to complain to booking.com who simply ignore all emails and communication. unless I get a prompt response I will be raising a bank dispute for the return flight of journey. the entire service has been totally unacceptable


update.. booking.com you have sent many emails and you have been provided with our phone number via trustpilot.. you won't call though as your service is a disgrace.as long as your taking peoples money and then ignoring any issues. your poor reviews say it all.
