Smells like a scam

Smells like a scam. Offered me a price that is significantly lower than anyone else. Claimed that there were technical reasons why it couldn't be fulfilled. Offered a refund, trying hard to push me towards keeping it as "credit" with them and claiming that a refund to my payment source could take up to 10 days.

Saving money isn't always the best strategy

to SAVE $ 300., i booked my Return fare from a month tour of Eastern Europe, I went with Kiwi.com but it took 4 flights to get home. From Chisinau, Moldova - Milan, Italy - Barcelona, Spain - Boston, Mass. - San Diego, CA .... i was so run-down physically I caught COVID 19 ( i previously had 11 vaccines and booster shots) just 2 days after I finally got home, (October 3rd, 2025) I was super sick with COVID. Looking back ... I would have paid the normal (higher fare) 2-flight ticket home.

Horrible management (you have to pay for better service)

Horrible management. I booked a flight with them and after many changes, I almost missed it. The flight now departs two hours earlier than originally scheduled, and they tell me there’s nothing I can do — that I can only request a voluntary cancellation, losing my money, since they can’t offer me any other solution. They apologized and said that next time I should book a more expensive fare to have more protection against schedule changes, as they don’t cover airline changes with regular fares. €200 down the drain due to terrible service. It’s the first time this has happened to me with a company — and definitely the last.

No empathy and no answer at all 😡

Due to a death in the family we could not take our flight.
Boeking number: 650 407 912
AI156 from AMS Schiphol Amsterdam to New Delhi.
There was no insurance upgrade possible although we contacted Kiwi 120 hours before flight.
First AI gives no answer, then some low grade official has no empathy.
😡We never spoke to a real person and they do not reply or come with a solution.
