a truly dreadful company to deal with.. after placing an order online for some reason it used my old address from 9 years ago where I dont live even though my new address is my default address.
I contacted sports direct within 10 mins of ordering only to be forced to use a chat bot as customer service and live chat was queuing and then closed. I thus emailed them online informing them to cancel the order. they emailed back saying I cannot cancel my order.
this goes against the long distance selling act where a customer is entitled to cancel a order. there website has no cancel order option... there non responsive on live chat and the chat is perfectly designed to have no refund to cancellation option installed.
over all a typical mike Ashley business of shaft your customers and make it as difficult as possible.
