after having two years of account…

after having two years of account issues where I dont actually exist as a customer sky have promised on over 13 occasions we will sort this issue out..

on June 18th over a long phone I was reassured the ibm department was resolving the issue and sky were going to compensate me with a free sky tv package for 12 months as an apology.

guess what.. there liars above and beyond..

this is one company that gone down hill with its customer service so rapidly I actually dont want to a customer. I am truly shocked at how bad sky has become. it's a nightmare of foreign call centres of people working from home with simply no authority or power to resolve anything. they just lie time after time after time.
