after asking me to verify my account I emailed in all my documents. there is simply no response from them except for the same copy and pasted email asking for my documents. they then had the nerve to ask for sa302 and wages proof.. I refused to provide it even though im financially stable and have a lot of money in my bank account . I only gamble what I can afford to gamble however this Casio wants to address its shocking customer service .its now been 3 months and it appears should there ever be an issue the customer service goes missing. I went elsewhere in the end and frankly they aren't any better.
