Terrible service,,waited over an hour for a cab.
Disappointed
Prebooked a taxi for our return journey from Spain. We booked a mini bus as there were 8 of us. Thought if prebooked a taxi it would be waiting for us especially when supplied all flight details and timings, but no. Took 45 minutes to get a mini bus we prebooked. When it arrived the mini bus only took 7! Then waited another 5 minutes for a mini bus to take us all. The driver that arrived was very rude. Tried to explain that we had been waiting a long time and the issues we had even though had prebooked. Was rude to my husband and asked him to be patient. Then told myself to chill out when trying to explain about why the wait when we had prebooked. He said they were busy and to stop giving him earache! Then had a chat with his taxi mate. Then when eventually set off was rude to my daughter in law when she was asking her partner if had put a bag in. Driver said I didn't put any in so if you haven't it will be left there. Then rude to my son when was querying traffic and advised temp lights. Then on arrival at home didn't help with any cases. Just no need for this rudeness to paying customers. They need help with customer service and timings. Would definitely not use again. So disappointed 😞
journey for 6 of us
Booked a return journey for 6 of us. Price given and paid. When I checked to confirm booking an automated voice confirmed the booking. Driver arrived a little early but that was great and got us to the airport smoothly. We went to the office to advise of our return at the airport and only had to wait 5 minutes for our taxi home. Great service and very competitive pricing.

utterly disgraceful company.. booked a taxi for a 4.45am pick up nobody turned up for 50 minutes resulting in missing our flight.. the driver clearly stated even if you pre book a taxi unless there is a driver at the airport to pick up the job then no driver will be dispatched. upon complaining we were totally ignored. never any response. a truly disgusting unhelpful and unreliable taxi firm. clearly blagged there contract at the airports as they pay the drivers peanuts im told.

I had Majid as a driver a couple of times and he is absolutely fantastic. always on time, very friendly. couldn't ask for more from a car service. perfect service with a smile and makes an afternoon after a long day of work so much more positive. He even offered me some sweets! absolutley fantastic service.

Terrible. Had me waiting for 1 hour in the cold, I'm disabled! Then told me no cars available. Day before one of their drivers made me late for an appointment trying to get as much out of me as possible, then short changed me. Absolute JOKE!

I tried to get a taxi back to Redland after arriving back from Glasgow
They quoted me £55 because I had a bike in a bag and a one hour wait. What a bargain!
Uber did it for £30 and I had to wait six minutes.
I imagine they are paying Bristol airport a fortune for their monopoly taxi provision but I am not terribly happy supporting this business model.
Extortionately overpriced
DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE!
I was charged £25.50 for a 2 minute journey of less than a mile from Bristol airport. I had to take a taxi as the road was a narrow busy lane with no lighting, so extremely dangerous to walk. I tried to contact them via their online form and a mandatory section is missing so can't submit the form; I tried to email them and they bounce back as the email addresses doesn't exist! I also tried to call them with the number they have published on Trustpilot and it goes to a mobility shop in Leeds!

We caught a car from Leeds Bradford Airport. To the local Hotel.
We felt like other people came out of the building after us, but got the taxi before us.
But when we got our car the driver 1168 Leeds driver was very nice and wheeled my friend very big suit case and put them both in his boot.
The driver was very nice and friendly.
When I asked if he would be picking us up the following morning he said he didn’t think so. He gave me a card and said any problem give them a ring.
The next morning 5.30am ish. The driver was waiting for us and put our cases in his car but didn’t speak to us.
I would use them again.

Leeds Bradford airport pickup not pre booked. First time using Arrow as always thought overpriced before. Only waited 2 minutes for taxi. Very competitive rate. Helpful and very professional and friendly driver 1168. Will definitely use again when flying from Leeds Bradford airport.
Awful
Awful. Got a price and pre paid for airport drop off and pick up. Morley to Manchester and the reverse. Outbound journey was great. The driver was lovely and on time. The rest was a nightmare. Received a call literally the minute I set foot in arrivals. The man who called me then proceeded to argue with me for 45 minutes until I finally hung up on him. He said that there had been a mistake with the booking and we had been undercharged and unless I coughed up an extra £55 he would not be sending a taxi to pick my family and I up. Ivelt like I was been blackmailed and held to ransom This was at 02:30am. He was awful and was quite happy to abandon us at the airport in the small hours with no planned transport to get home. He clearly had no idea whether we had the available funds to make other arrangements. He would not accept that the fault laid fully with arrow cars. He lied about trying to contact me and said he had been trying to call me which I can prove he didn't. I will not be using arrow ever again and would not recommend them. I had to ring back and demand to speak to management to get my refund for the service I had paid for and did not receive.

He had a surly/resentful demeanor as he walked me through the transport exchange during which he stopped to talk to (presumably) colleagues. He proceeded to drive aggressively, 20 mph over the speed limit down narrow, bendy country lanes. I was thankful the journey was short. I wouldn't use Arrow again.

Have used arrow cars for years as they drop off and pick up at the terminal (for a price, which we have always happily paid) However, I booked a taxi for my daughter and her family who arrived in the early hours of the morning 29/8/25. The flight was delayed but I wasn't concerned as I had given the flight number so arrow should have been aware. On arrival they went to the taxi office, they were expecting to taxi to be waiting for them given the price I paid (£71.72 for a 6 person vehicle) Apparently, the system has now changed and they had to walk to the drop off area. The driver told them to hurry up and marched on ahead of them, seemingly annoyed they were late. My grandson was trying to run after the driver on the crossing, with cars around him. Very worrying and unprofessional. When they arrived at the taxi it was smaller than I had paid for. Very angry at their treatment and arrows change of policy! I should have been advised of the change at the time of booking.
Horrendous
Horrendous. Waiting times are farcical, never visited another airport (anywhere, worldwide)where you are forced to wait like this. Doesn’t seem to matter if you’re pre book. By giving you no choice you are completely at their mercy. The current process simply doesn’t work. It’s as if it’s intentional so people feel they have to drive, that way the airport makes more money. Final time I’ll ever use them. Just can’t go through the same poor service again. They also have a frustrating knack of telling you an estimated wait time that is never realistic. Awful. Please Bristol Airport do something about your taxi services!!

Do not use this service!!! A driver form the service after being rude and dismissive from Bristol Airport has just dropped us at the wrong Hotel !! Argued with me then driven off leaving me my luggage and two children by the side of the road having already been prepaid!!! Absolutely disgusting!
Fantastic service from Samson Baylie
Absolute fantastic service from one of your drivers Mr Samson Bayile (CAR NO 53). Mr Bayile arrived at our hotel on time, was very polite and courteous to my family, and his car is maybe the cleanest taxi I’ve ever seen. This gentleman is a credit to your company. Please make sure he gets this review. He will know who it’s from. Just tell him, if his son ever wants a dog say no and get a goldfish.
Most drivers are actually pretty rude
Most drivers are actually pretty rude. And if you have a dog that need a vet appointment and dont drive? DONT bother asking they only have 2 drives in the whole fleet that take dogs, but you can't actually book one as they decide if the cost is worth to them, if they have a better job they will choose that which means losing appointments. Today was an emergency yet still told none in the area and can't tell you how long they will be. Will be as long as 2 hours? Oh I can't tell you that.
But they are the main cab firm in town now so know people have no choice but to use them!
