Driver Of The Year..... Outstanding Service

What an amazing driver, he truly made my buying experience a great one, very pleasant, helpful, great communication, and if anything a credit to DPD, the driver is totally a people person. DPD need more delivery drivers like this guy...10/10 for outstanding service

Free Delivery? What Free Delivery

Before my purchase with HMV I looked to see what it would cost for delivery. When I found it "Free UK delivery on orders above £20", as I purchased a PS5 costing £429.99 I gained "Free Delivery" this was not the case, I continued with the purpose to find I was being charged £5.99 for express delivery which I did not want but there was no option to stop this, so buying anything above £20 gains you free delivery is all false and very poor marketing to the general public stating one thing but doing the other. HMV need to check their website and give the customer the option for standard delivery or express delivery not stating free delivery on orders above £20 but then put you in a corner you can't get out of. The item I bought is a limited edition PS5 but I shouldn't be put in that predicament on delivery.

Meet & Greet Is Very Important I Feel

Exceptional customer service, very polite and courteous and truly helpful from the sales assistant behind the till, but only one fall, as my wife and I entered the store there was no meet and greet, some staff walked passed us and no "Hi" or "Good Morning" etc, I feel them few words can go a long way. Other than that I was happy with the service I received by the assistant dealing with myself

Best Shopping Experience Ever

First time dealing with Lennie's Toys and it was an amazing buying experience, I was after EAFC26 for my PS4 and Lennie's Toys where the cheapest around. They were amazing and got my game bang on time as it was stated on the launch date. And for my purchase I received a freebie which is amazing and I wasn't expecting it. Lennie's Toys are a business I most certainly can recommend, first time shopping with them and as I stated "Amazing" Thank you guys for a brilliant buying experience...

EVRi are a total liability when it comes to delivering parcels

I placed an order via "Vinted" and it was coming via "EVRi" to my local pick up point. This morning at 08:15 I was notified that my parcel was out for delivery and to be taken to my chosen pickup point. This was on 31/07/2025 so as ever I let this take it's course, and I waited and I waited, and I waited by 17:00 I checked the status, but by this time it had been out for 10 hours on the van. When I checked the status, it was telling me there was an issue and my item was at the depot waiting to be sent out. So one moment it's on the van being sent to my pickup point next moment it's at the depot.....So which is it? I'd like to add this is NOT the first second or third time this has happened to me and that's not including when they picked an item up from a sellers drop of point for the driver to pickup, somehow lost my parcel. Did EVRi care .... No they didn't, and this was a Christmas present for my wife last year 2024. So what baffles me is how can a driver pickup an item then suddenly lose it?? For a delivery company they are truly a disgrace, unfortunately when I purchase anything and I have no option of having it delivered by EVRi from the sellers end I'm dreading each day of will it arrive safely, customers should NOT be put in that situation. EVRi seriously need to get their customer service act into motion and employ reasonable drivers who will fulfill their duties or EVRi should NOT say "It's out for delivery" when it's still at the depot, basically lying to their customers.

Boiler safe for another year…

It's taken over a year to get my boiler serviced first time it was cancelled without me knowing then I had to rebook it and had to wait 2 months to finally get my boiler serviced today (24/07/25) Adam my engineer was brilliant that I cannot fault, very professional. Yet my appointment was between 8-1 and sadly that didn't happen, for whatever reason and no fault of my engineer he was 15 minutes late, which I had to cancel my asthma clinic appointment as things at my home were running late. Should the engineer had been on time I'd have made my appointment. But my boiler was checked and everything is working perfectly. So I'm happy on that side of things

Everyone gets an initial price for the first year and then a renewal price each year after that.

Lack of customer service and support from Yodel staff

I had a parcel coming from Vinted, and as I had no option I had to have my parcel delivered to my local store. It was to arrive by the 10/06/2025 and when I looked at the information it was on the 09/06/2025 at the National Hub, I spoke to a Yodel assistant via Web Chat to be reassured it will arrive on the 10/06/2025 so, I took that as a honest response. On the 10/06/2025 it was still at the National Hub, then suddenly it was stating it was out for delivery. I waited and waited and kept checking the updates to see it was out for delivery at 17:00 so as the store didn't close till 22:00 there was hope, by 22:20 I checked again, stating "Out For Delivery" so no delivery on the 10/06/2025 as stated by the assistant. On the 11/06/2025 at 06:30 I checked again, stating it was at the delivery depot, so how can it be out for delivery then to show it's at the Lincoln depot. Home delivery isn't an issue, but store deliveries are truly shocking, and putting me off using Yodel in the future.

Exceptional Customer Service

Customer service to me is vitally important, you can go to one store and get a great bargain but sadly the company customer service sucks they just want your money nothing more. Currys on the other hand, they treat their customers with the utmost respect and give great customer support and service. They truly have upped their game, and I find that the staff will bend backwards to help you no matter what. I've shopped with Currys now for a good 5 to 6 years and bought a lot of stuff and it's knowing that should my product go faulty the Currys team are there to help, and that's why I keep going back.

KEEP THE HARD WORK GOING CURRYS... Your in a league of your own when it comes to Electrical Retail Goods

I Felt No One Would Listen

I've been a British Gas customer now for 18yrs and I've not had much to complain about as the customer service is through the roof, truly exceptional and this is why I've been a customer for this length of time. But from August 2024 I've had issues with my smart meter plus the online app (Usage) but when I brought these issues to the table, i felt no one was taking my matter seriously. I was ignored at one point by a British Gas customer service team member which then I had to contact British Gas to ask them to follow this matter up, they claimed it was a complaint which I stressed it wasn't a complaint, I just wanted someone to follow up from where the last customer service member failed to do. So I explained everything I was experiencing and even though I sent emails in explaining my problem I got the impression no one would take my matter seriously, I explained over and over again about the issues I was having with my smart meter also the issue I was experiencing with the online app to check my daily (Usage) and every time I chatted with a member of staff I got the impression they were trying to humiliate me by telling me to try the online app and I kept saying it's not working correctly I constantly got the same reply please try out the online app. I suffer from mild mental health issues and I was trying so hard not to be rude or disrespectful to any of the staff members but every time I explained my problem I got the same response about the online app and the (Usage) yet the staff members obviously read all my correspondence to British Gas. Out of the whole 18yrs being a good customer I've probably complained twice this time was never a complaint but British Gas kept applying it was a "Complaint" my last correspondence I felt I was pushed into a corner and to accept British Gas's remarks purely to shut me up and brush all this under the carpet. But I still have a lot of respect for British Gas all the same
I have just checked the online usage at 22:38 and as I predicted it won't give me any readings yet I get humiliated by staff to keep trying but I state it's not working correctly.

I love getting the chance to put in a good or bad experience with "Trustpilot" as it helps the individual(s) to improve their business, and with "Trustpilot" you can get the word out quicker than actually going into the business you've dealt with and feeling that your kind words of wisdom about your shopping experience doesn't fall on deaf ears, were as "Trustpilot" gives you the opportunity to state your shopping experience in a different way but also being respectful to the business, to at least give them the opportunity to correct their ways and to improve their knowledge and customer service... So a massive thank you to "Trustpilot" for helping us individuals get our frustrations/positivity out in a correct professional manner.

Customer Service At It's Best

Firstly from previous reviews I didn't have 2 great experiences and this was down to poor management experience namely (Monica) but I had an issue with my item what I purchased recently Google Watch 2 and I had to deal with the same manageress (Monica) but this time she was truly amazing, she listened to what I had to say, and what a transformation, very friendly professional and extremely helpful. She was a credit to the Currys team. I've worked in retail myself for most of my career and even now customer service is in my blood, I still give a 100% customer service even though I'm not in retail no more yet with my previous reviews I have to take my hat off to the Currys team for making it their duty to make sure this doesn't happen again. And I'm a very happy customer knowing the Currys team will always look after me, and they have. So thank you guys for giving me back the confidence to shop at your stores once more

Customer service could be improved

My only criticism, as I once worked in retail was the "Meet and Greet" I was trained to be polite at all times and show an upbeat approach, not over the top I may add, but showing a bubbly personality, rather than trying to force it out and making it noticeable. I believe first impressions are valued to all customers, this is something I've failed to see in the Boston store, and this is including the female management who tried to shut me down over an issue which I no the rules and to be polite to the staff and respect them, this is something I did not get as I said from this female manager on my last visit this year on an order I placed. Respect for the customer has gone out the window with Currys in Boston and puts me off visiting the store.

Being Sensible On Your Purchased

As a sensible buyer, I only purchase what I know I can afford to pay back, but Creation are a company I can trust, and should I need help I know they'll be there to help and guide me. So my current shopping experience was as ever satisfactory, and the best part of my buying experience was, I saved £150 on my item, so waiting to buy my item truly paid off.

Personally like everything else, if your careful with your spending and you know you can fulfill your obligations to pay back what you have purchased, I highly recommend Creation, and the staff are very pleasant and helpful should you have any enquiries about your purchase or borrowing.

Personally from £28:50 to £28:18 I wouldn't of bothered, it's not as if it' was a £5 drop of sorts, it's probably cost more in admin fee to change it.

Wow, I was very nervous about calling Creation due to some feedback on Trustpoint, but I had no option and believe me it was a perfect option the advisor was lovely, she listened to my query and she advised me what I should do, yet my other worry was contacting Currys/PC World and they say can you contact Creation so I'm going backwards and forwards, but the assistant reassured me I'd be fine....And she was true to her word, and best thing I got my matter sorted even Currys/PC World were brilliant.....Creation are NOT demons they are there to help....exceptional service from Creation 10/10

Good but could be GREAT

My wife wanted a new microwave so I did the formalities online. And I did what I've always done when processing the application and its gone through perfectly but this time I did what I've always done and then printed of the details for future reference and my wife asked why I did it on a 16 month plan....I was gobsmacked as when I did the application I stated 9 month free but it did the opposite to what I wanted....So after reading other peoples reviews I'm now dreading calling them as I either need it altering to 9 month or I'll have to cancel the sale, as I haven't received my items yet from Curry's...... First ever glitch with Creation and now I'm a bag of nerves waiting on negativety..
