Customer service could be improved
My only criticism, as I once worked in retail was the "Meet and Greet" I was trained to be polite at all times and show an upbeat approach, not over the top I may add, but showing a bubbly personality, rather than trying to force it out and making it noticeable. I believe first impressions are valued to all customers, this is something I've failed to see in the Boston store, and this is including the female management who tried to shut me down over an issue which I no the rules and to be polite to the staff and respect them, this is something I did not get as I said from this female manager on my last visit this year on an order I placed. Respect for the customer has gone out the window with Currys in Boston and puts me off visiting the store.
