Lack of customer service and support from Yodel staff

I had a parcel coming from Vinted, and as I had no option I had to have my parcel delivered to my local store. It was to arrive by the 10/06/2025 and when I looked at the information it was on the 09/06/2025 at the National Hub, I spoke to a Yodel assistant via Web Chat to be reassured it will arrive on the 10/06/2025 so, I took that as a honest response. On the 10/06/2025 it was still at the National Hub, then suddenly it was stating it was out for delivery. I waited and waited and kept checking the updates to see it was out for delivery at 17:00 so as the store didn't close till 22:00 there was hope, by 22:20 I checked again, stating "Out For Delivery" so no delivery on the 10/06/2025 as stated by the assistant. On the 11/06/2025 at 06:30 I checked again, stating it was at the delivery depot, so how can it be out for delivery then to show it's at the Lincoln depot. Home delivery isn't an issue, but store deliveries are truly shocking, and putting me off using Yodel in the future.
