I love getting the chance to put in a good or bad experience with "Trustpilot" as it helps the individual(s) to improve their business, and with "Trustpilot" you can get the word out quicker than actually going into the business you've dealt with and feeling that your kind words of wisdom about your shopping experience doesn't fall on deaf ears, were as "Trustpilot" gives you the opportunity to state your shopping experience in a different way but also being respectful to the business, to at least give them the opportunity to correct their ways and to improve their knowledge and customer service...
