Excellent auschwitz tour…

Used them to book an auschwitz tour yesterday. Fantastic experience. Booked for 7 am pick up. Details clearly stated this could change. The pick up time changed to 7.20am. Kept me informed. Sent me pick up details. Clearly stated requirements (I’d and comfy shoes). Kept me up to date. Brilliant comms.
Bus was on time, comfy and driver friendly and informative. Guide at both sites was excellent. Whole day was great. After the trip I saw that the company used (royal krakow), has appalling ratings. But they were fab with us.
Get your guide rely upon the professionalism of the companies registered with the. They don’t do trips. They’re a booking intermediary. I fully appreciate theyre front of house, and the buck stops there, but it’s the tour companies that let them down. They should warn and ban bad companies, as it affects their rating. We had a great experience, but my advice to you is when you’re booking, look for the actual company that’s handling the tour, and base your decision on that rating. Get your guide are not doing their due diligence checks on the tour companies, they just take their cut. It’s down to you to see if the tour company are rogues.

Sim works great, but……

Sim works great. No issues there. Where the problem arose is transferring a sim to me from my wife. It doesn’t work. Even their tech team told me there was nothing they could do. She unmounted the sim as per the instructions and sent it to me. As per the instructions. Saily app on my phone couldn’t mount it. The saily tech team admitted defeat also , and told me I’d lost $60 ( it was a global sim). If you’re going to mount an eSIM on your phone it’s perfect and works a treat. 5 star. If you’re likely to transfer a sim from one phone to another, don’t use them. It won’t work and daily are indifferent to me losing $60. Even though the website say it can be done.

Possible contender for the worst…

Possible contender for the worst customer service on the internet. Fail to comply with their own T and C. Non existent support. Dreadful. Also refuse to accept when parcels go missing at the shop. No recourse to get money back. Not a good website.

Kinguin sold me counterfeit keys

Kinguin sold me counterfeit keys which have now banned me from the platform i bought them for. Beware- fake counterfeit keys. Techsmith replied thus: Unfortunately, it has come to our attention that you are using a counterfeit software key with our software.

Ordered several internal aluminium doors. Excellent service from start to finish. Cannot fault it. We are in London and using them I saved thousands. And free delivery! Had a pane the wrong size and they rectified it immediately. So impressed with the company, I've ordered more, and recommended them to our friends. Top service . Glad I found them. Great guys. Really bad experience

Really bad experience. Software locked me out 10 minuted before the delivery of a paid webinar. I had to reschedule which caused some said delegates to ask for a refund. Tried to get their online customer service tech to help but they ignored my question and failed to rectify. Also you dont have control who enters if the link is shared which 1 i dont like and 2 is a facility other companies offer.
lesson learned. go with a better , more reliable company. I run a professional paid webinar company and this has affected my reputation.

Absolute waste of money

Absolute waste of money. I am a frequent flyer and thought this would be nice. Of the last 9 lounges I've approached, 7 have turned me away as either full or lowest priority to enter, making way for online vouchers and credit cards.  They should rebrand to 'lowestpriority pass'. Only 2 of the 7 had alternatives such as bars and restaurants. Save your money. It costs £22 per visit for the 10 visit. Sit in a bar at the terminal and spend 22. At least you'll actually get in.....

Poor build

Great price but the frame joins are not checked and are misaligned. Its a white frame so doesn't show once hung but if you want perfect joins, pay more with another framer.
