Sim works great, but……

Sim works great. No issues there. Where the problem arose is transferring a sim to me from my wife. It doesn’t work. Even their tech team told me there was nothing they could do. She unmounted the sim as per the instructions and sent it to me. As per the instructions. Saily app on my phone couldn’t mount it. The saily tech team admitted defeat also , and told me I’d lost $60 ( it was a global sim). If you’re going to mount an eSIM on your phone it’s perfect and works a treat. 5 star. If you’re likely to transfer a sim from one phone to another, don’t use them. It won’t work and daily are indifferent to me losing $60. Even though the website say it can be done.
