Really bad experience
Really bad experience. Software locked me out 10 minuted before the delivery of a paid webinar. I had to reschedule which caused some said delegates to ask for a refund. Tried to get their online customer service tech to help but they ignored my question and failed to rectify. Also you dont have control who enters if the link is shared which 1 i dont like and 2 is a facility other companies offer.
lesson learned. go with a better , more reliable company. I run a professional paid webinar company and this has affected my reputation.
