Unfortunately my motorhome didn't make it back to me after a renter overheated the engine to the point of no return ! Yescapa provides no direct contact phone number and via email they respond once every couple of weeks, if that. It's not reassuring, it's tiring and stressful, I'm not impressed.

Malheureusement, ça fait 2 jours où on cherche pour le colis qui 'été livré' mais on ne le trouve null part... Pas un appel au moment de livraison, j'étais présent, c'est où ?
Depuis la réclamation, j'ai reçu un appel il y a quelques jours en disant que 'le colis est dans une boîte aux lettres grise', mais la nôtre est verte j'ai expliqué ! Alors qu'es ce qu'on fais ? J'attends toujours. Dommage que je ne pouvais pas modifier mon avis ici, mais pour l'instant c'est toujours un mauvaise experience, désolée.

I supported fairphone and it's concept since the very beginning. Yet over the years I'm less and less convinced that it is truly in line with its own ethics of longevity.
Firstly it functions just like apple tactics, nothing from previous models are compatible with each new model. So you inevitably end up in a consumerist replace mode. The battery, the covers and cases, you can't bring any of it forward to newer models.
Secondly, there is always one problem or another with every phone I've had. Software issue, microphone issues, one issue after another.

Compared to other sites and services like YESCAPA that I've used, this company are no where near as organised, efficient or with initiative. No application to facilitate the process, no digitalised contracts between hosts and renter's, you have to print it all yourself and handwrite. Plus the insurance options they offer your clients are terrible, clients pay the first 2000€ excess, so only covered for extreme cases, not a good situation for holiday makers, big risk. So far I wouldn't recommend at all. Only positive is that out of 3 sites I'm advertised on, indie campers were the ones that got me a booking for this current period, so they must be doing something right.

Customer service fantastic, 100 days to try shoes and if not to your satisfaction you can return them. They stuck to their word and fully provided this service, even to the extent of paying return postage from abroad. Above and beyond customer satisfaction. Would love to give 5* but the shoes aren't 5*, undoubtedly good shoes though.

Paid £100 for annual plumbing cover. The 1 time I needed to claim they worm out of it because I attempted basic troubleshooting with a plunger before calling them. Ridiculous,what a complete joke of a policy. Don't waste your money, save it to pay for a plumber directly if ever you have a problem, because these guys will clearly never provide a service.

Absolutely brilliant service, makes French administration a doddle & that is truly the highest complement of all! Seriously, Emma is super responsive, explains things in step by step simple guides, she knows what she's on & gets it done. I couldn't recommend her more, personally I found the service invaluable as a foreigner moving my self-employed status over to France. Not to mention the rates are so reasonable too, far too cheap for the personable service she provides.

Best prices every time it seems & well connected locator to help find the most convenient garage for your vehicle, clearly communicating their price for your particular vehicle. This was very useful for me as I have a motorhome & therefore the price to fit the wheels is generally higher, so I could compare prices very easily.

My experience is from a renters point of view. Positives are that the website functions well & bookings are high in demand, I was very impressed with the instant & constant amount of requests I had for last summer, I had many options of renters to choose from, simply fantastic. Negatives are that the company are not very efficient nor experienced when there is a problem, mixed information is received & the process with insurance is very long & repetitive. Like I say they are not bad as you get there in the end but they definitely don't make the process easy for you. One example of a few - I recently received a speeding fine for a date within a rented period, I informed yescapa & was told to pay the fine myself & the renter will reimburse me. I found this absurd advice as this would inevitably equal me taking the penalty point on my license. I contacted the renter directly, requesting standard information needed to have the fine re-addressed to him. Basically, I had to research myself & tell yescapa what is needed to be done. My advice is that it's best to communicate with the renter directly & sort everything out between you as yescapa are not knowledgeable of protocols in other countries even though they do business in them, you simply can't rely on yescapa for good guidance. However, the staff are always friendly & try to help, its just a shame they are not trained enough.

Prices are too good to be true. Placed an order, never received it to France. Customer service told me to wait longer & longer. 3 months passed & i said stop just refund me now please. I'm afraid we cant refund you as the 30 day policy has passed, what a joke! Customer service is really responsive everytime i enquire but really useless at the same time. My experience, i will never use again.

I have been with Good Energy for almost 5 years. They are always easy to talk to & very communicative on updating & including you with their business direction. Just recently my boiler broke & I was at a loss as to where to start my research, my first point of call was to call Good Energy to ask for any advice on boiler efficiency, as they talk to you like a friend, I am always satisfied. Their service may be slightly more expensive than the mainstream but you gain a personable human service & take pride that you are supporting an environmentalist company, I have recently invited friends to join & would highly recommend to all.

I bought a carbon monoxide alarm that is to last 7 years. It only lasted 2, however I called them up directly, explained the situation & the lady on the phone made the process very easy. The next day a replacement arrived at my door, brilliant.

They advertise a 'no call out charge' however this is a misleading saving as they charge you £120 for a 5 minute plunge, a further £120 to fix the leak OF THE SAME PRODUCT (bathroom sink basin) etc, they class each of these quick fixes as 'separate jobs'.
The engineer that turned up had a 'can't do' & 'computer says no' attitude. They will charge you for as much as they can with as little work carried out as possible.
If you are unfortunate enough to have already given your bank details over the phone in advance, make sure you DO NOT SIGN anything until you are 100% happy with the service as their manager & customer service are impossible to deal with.
It looks to me like they get their business from very sophisticated google keyword searching, there is no way they get work from repeat business. I searched 'local plumber crystal palace' & their company appeared at the top of the list even though they are based by the coast.
I am completely unsatisfied with the overall service and will never use again.
