Delayed delivery

The delivery was delayed by one week.
The communication with the customer service was not good; on top of that, one out of the three packages didn't reach the destination at the same time as the other two.

No problem

No problem, I received an email explaining that COLIS PRIVE was in charge of my parcel coming from Caen via Mondial Relay first. I received then an email saying tht the parcel was delivered in my box mail. So no worries.

Minus 100 actually. Every single time I get a delivery from them there is an issue with zero response from customer service. They should be banned from operating.

Horrible company

Horrible company , always the problems with them, they open packages, they still, if you get lucky and they deliver them, only after couple of “attempts”.

ITEM HAS HAD TO BE RETURNED TO GERMANY

To update my 7 October post about these mafia scheisters, once again an item has had to be returned to its country of origin because Colis Prive refuse to deliver. Since 2022 Colis Prive must have refused to deliver perhaps 5 or 6 items and return them back to foreign countries because they refuse to deliver to me without a mobile telephone number.
This is totally contrary to international law (but this is France and no law governs the French fascist junta).
And it causes terrible damage to the environment.
This is an oven - it's big and heavy and has been sent all the way from Germany to France and has sat at a depot 30 Km. from me for the last week and now has to be sent back to Germany because Colis Prive cannot use it to blackmail me out of a mobile telephone number (a tracking devise, and potential murder weapon) to share with their Unit 8200 handlers in Tel Aviv - because I do not have one.
And Amazon will have to send out another and hope that the shipping auction system does not deliver it again into the hands of these foreign terrorists.
THE JOY OF PRIVATISATION: THERE IS NO CHOICE NOT TO DEAL WITH VERMIN FILTH LIKE COLIS PRIVE!

They break international law by refusing to deliver an item without being able to use it as blackmail to obtain a personal mobile telephone number - which no law requires me to have - and then write this sugar-coated drivel that implicitly blames Amazon ! this shameless French vermin!

They’ve delivered to me for the second…

They’ve delivered to me for the second time now and still nothing — terrible service! The delivery guy tells me he’ll come at some time the next day, and then I spend the whole day at home waiting, and nothing! No delivery for days! When I go to the product page, I see that apparently I just have to change the delivery date, and then it’s another 3–4 days! Awful! I won’t order anymore if I see that they’re the ones delivering. I also saw their reviews on Google — they’re so bad! I’ve never seen such low ratings before. I wrote them a dispute and they never replied — totally unprofessional.

Which means that we refused the packet.
Nobody actually showed up, so we didn’t refuse anything.
The delivery company just didn’t make the effort to come at the port.

Worst ever delivery company

Worst ever delivery company. They rescheduled my delivery for 4 times in a row. I am home waiting for the package, they do not knock on the door and do not ring the door bell. There is no way to reach them. I said explicitly to leave my package at the door, they ignored me completely. Such a hopeless company to deal with. It's been more than a week since I needed my package, but they still refuse to deliver. Horrendous!! Stop stealing people's packages! Every time I use their website to submit a claim, they send an automatic "We hebben je aanvraag geregistreerd". And nothing happens. It's like talking to a piece of brick. Hope this company goes out of business soon. Absolute disappointment!!

9 out of 10 deliveries have problems

9 out of 10 deliveries will be with problems. Usually they say they didnt find the address. After contacting CS, theythen miraculously find the adress ,. But that leads to unneeded long delays and me wasting time to speak to customer service. Some of the packages get simply lost, and never get delivered. There is enormous room for improvement, Unfortunatley i cant choose with which company should my packages get delivered, otherwise i would never never choose Colis Prive! It is really a bad experience.
