After this 30-day period, a monthly service is automatically activated, allowing you to maintain access to our support and benefit from a comprehensive management tool, available in your personal space. To cancel our service or choose the plan best suited to your needs, you just need to log in to your personal space.
This is the package you selected when creating your file. This service is mentioned on the pricing page of our website and reiterated in our terms and conditions. Despite difficulties in reaching you by phone, your advisor made sure to call you back and confirm the service you had subscribed to, with your acknowledgment of receipt !
We regret to learn that you were unable to fully benefit from our software and that you were charged due to a management oversight. We understand your situation, but we must emphasize that managing your subscription is your responsibility. In this regard, several reminders were sent to you to help you manage it effectively.
