Very unsatisfied with value, service & non existent aftercare.

They advertise a 'no call out charge' however this is a misleading saving as they charge you £120 for a 5 minute plunge, a further £120 to fix the leak OF THE SAME PRODUCT (bathroom sink basin) etc, they class each of these quick fixes as 'separate jobs'.

The engineer that turned up had a 'can't do' & 'computer says no' attitude. They will charge you for as much as they can with as little work carried out as possible.

If you are unfortunate enough to have already given your bank details over the phone in advance, make sure you DO NOT SIGN anything until you are 100% happy with the service as their manager & customer service are impossible to deal with.

It looks to me like they get their business from very sophisticated google keyword searching, there is no way they get work from repeat business. I searched 'local plumber crystal palace' & their company appeared at the top of the list even though they are based by the coast.

I am completely unsatisfied with the overall service and will never use again.
