Best price online, easy to order and arrived super fast, free, and well packaged. I read some negative reviews on Trustpilot which almost put me off but glad I went with Transtools. I ordered 8 rustoleum spray cans on the Saturday, despatch notice received Monday morning and delivered noon Tuesday with full tracking updates. Maybe not quite as fast as Amazon where they know that you're going to order something before you do, and deliver next day, even on the weekend .... but still really good and 40% cheaper! Thank you Transtools :-)

Sold a defective product (old spoiled paint) and then fobbed me off, refusing to refund. I wouldn't trust them with any bigger purchases as they obviously don't care once they have your money. Avoid
I rated Transtools one star as I couldn't rate it any lower. My order was small however, I have ordered many small items over the years but companies now get away with "it's not us, it's the delivery people" or "it's Covid" or "Brexit" the truth is it's an oversight and it's not been sent. When I contacted Transtools they said "it's up to the delivery service when you get your item, do you want a refund or a replacement" I chose refund as THEY can't give me a delivery day and that's who my contract of purchase is with.
My advice would be if you are thinking of purchasing an item from 'Transtools'try closer to home first or read the feed back.
If they have let people down previously, it's not worth aggravation.
After shopping with Transtools for a while i thought I ought to review this for other customers to find a business who takes pride in there customers.
I religiously purchase lamp oil, and de-ionised water from Transtools. Possibly half a dozen of the orders I’ve placed have had hiccups with Evri, however this will not put me off using them as I buy for the outstanding customer service i receive, and the low price.
Customer service - i have spoken to 2 lovely lady’s on Amazon and I can not praise them enough. The lengths they go to too provide me with reassurance if my order is delayed, lost or damaged is an understatement. I have quite frankly never done business with a company who email me first if there is an issue. The lady’s are polite, efficient and a credit to the company.
Cost- with prices rising I was expecting Transtools to increase the price on there products massively, but they haven’t. And I realise it’s because they care for there customers and not how much more profit can they squeeze in. Like many other providers I have dealt with.
All in all I recommend using Transtools too anybody who has suffered with company’s price increases and lack off customer service communication. Because as a matter off fact if the delivery company does damage or loose your parcel one off these lovely ladies will have already emailed you before you even realise. Have a investigation put in place almost immediately, and have a replacement dispatched the next day with the tracking number sent over within 10 minutes.
You are a credit to the company and I look forward to continuing doing business with you.

Exceptional Customer service.
Communication was prompt and professional with Elesha who immediately rectified the issue with Evri. My shipment was "lost" by Evri and with no help from them I asked Transtools to step in. Within 10 minutes of emailing them i had a replacement on its way with a different delivery service which actually arrived next day so i could complete my project bench early.
Will defiantly become a repeat buying from this company who unlike many other suppliers (B&Q) actually care for their customers.
purchased Bin Primer from amazon but unfortunately it came beaten up and leaked DPD delivered it like this knowing it was leaking so contacted customer services and spoke to Alisha who rectified the the issue and sent replace meant with Fedex 2 day maximum delivery as a good will gesture great company and customer service will buy again

Been waiting for close to a year for the transtools online catalogue to come back on line it just says that they are performing maintenance, when I rang them to ask when it would be back online I was told they weren't bothering as they sell more through Amazon,the last time I decided to go to the store at Hunmanby (I've been using them for about 12 years and usually go to the Hunmanby store or Bridlington) they've always been helpful and friendly but this time I was served by the most rude and obnoxious assistant I have ever met I left the purchases on the counter and left, what has happened to this business

Seller supplies faulty goods via eBay and ignores emails and return requests. PayPal step in but seller only will refund if I cover return cost? Would rather give my money to Shamima Begum than shop here

Avoid. Orders taken and paid for...just not sent. Staff are plausible but not truthful. ‘It’s going from our warehouse’, ‘it’s not in stock at the moment’ etc. All false
Ordered on the 16-02-19, dispatched on the 18th and delivered on the 25th. So to be honest was pleased with the overall transaction.
Avoid this outfit, I won't ever use them again. Ordered from them on Amazon on Fri evening, they didn't give my parcel to the Hermes courier till following Weds. Hermes tracking page kept telling me "we are waiting for the item from the retailer". Transtoools just blamed slow updates; they couldn't have cared less. I should have just picked a different seller when Amazon's Doddle option wasn't given for this purchase from them (but for other sellers, selling the same product, it is) They sent me a tin that had 3 dents in it and wouldn't even sit flat cos the bottom was blown out.
As a tradesman I have often used Transtools in the past, as their prices are good. However their delivery is diabolical - not at all 2 - 4 days as stated on their website. Finally, after 8 days my order arrived, badly packed and torn open. Really enough is enough. There are plenty of firms who do a great deal better!
Order Placed, Payment taken - No email confirmation of order or payment and goods not dispatched - Order status is processed. Tried to contact by phone - no Answer. Email - no response.
Cancelled the order.

Very poor service! Ordered 4 x rustins plastic wood 3 weeks ago and has not arrived. Rang customer service twice, then today I was told it wasn’t in stock and given very poor excuses! Wear house fire at Rustins??? So this company took my money, knowing that the items where not in stock and I had to chase for a refund, not convinced I will get a refund to be honest.
