Cant access account to collect winnings

Paced Bet , then couldn't log back in pop up said " account temporarily suspended" i apparently had to upload id ( been a member for 3 years).I did so received email verifying but still cant log on " temporarily suspended" i cant access my winnings etc no customer support and only option for phone is foreign call centre where there english is limited. Please don't reply with automated reply , Gambling commission informed. Youre already being investigated 888.CON.

Lag is terrible be warned

Lag is terrible be warned , games run but you cant see them running , roulette,slot rivals, black jack 2 many to mention. You loose credits and all you see is a black screen . I use top of range phone which is extremely fast and 5g so no problems from my end ...Sort it out ladbrokes ..Trustworthy company for paying out though but you loose money through lag.I dont use facebook or twitter..Ladbrokes no phone? Or human employee?

Possible life saver

Was having problems with my eyesight ( obviously lol) went to one opticians and they gave me eyetest and said i needed new glasses and eyedrops they had great eye drops at £13.00 .. I wasnt happy as received glasses and vision from one eye was still blury, i refused the glasses and didnt purchase any eyedrops.
Sooo i went to Specsure at Consett and was tested by Steven , he examined my eyes and Urgently referred me to GP , he sent email and gave me a letter to hand in to surgery. The very same day, i handed letter in and i received a call from Sunderland eye infirmary to go in the next morning to Admissiin A .
I went and was examined and my eyes tested.They found a vein had ruptured behind my eye and on testing my blood pressure found it was 220 over 120.
If it hadnt had been for Steven i wouldnt have received treatment and who knows what the outcome would have been ( i dont think £13.00 eyedrops would have helped me).
I picked my new glasses up from Specsure and they were 100% .Thanks to all the Staff there including Jackie and Steven , I found all the staff at SPECSURE proffessional polite and curteous and a credit to the eye industry..
Make your own mind up but make sure you go to an Opticians who care about your eyes and not just selling to you. Your eyes are precious and so is your life.

AVOID .Leather surface paint not dye - peeling after 2 weeks

Had suite seating reupholstered and 1 arm in new green leather hide and back and 3 arms colour matched . After 2 weeks surface started peeling,FC repair men called and airbrushed colour onto peeling , found out the whole leather had been sprayed!!!! This was new leather hide on seating and 1 arm and shouldnt have been sprayed with substance that just peels off or anything for that matter. Citizens advice and Trading Standards contacted. Waiting for a refund.
Regarding your response below, I did not say "how happy i was with the works you carried out" I said to the van based team at the time they were good at there job but the new leather hide shouldn't of had anything sprayed on it and certainly not had anything peel off and no way did i mention recommending you . On checking the repair it has peeled in places and also the three piece suite has peeling.I posted letter to yourselves and one point was that the colour matching was to be made to match the colour of the new hide on seating areas as stated in quote and was told the original leather would be dyed to match the new hide ( i also mentioned that as,well) no mention of spray colouring.
You phoned twice and hung up after 2 rings on the 18th Nov.I suggest if you wish to contact me its via letter so as theres no misunderstandings as to what is actually claimed. Ordered on 24th August was told 10 to 12 days, it took 37 days and isnt what was ordered. Delays ..i was told first because all your staff were off work waiting for covid test results ( ive had test and only took 4 hours for results back in June), then a problem with the colour, then the foam hadn't arrived (Which reason was it?). Every week being promised delivery and every week another reason. I could go on but you already know. Ive also went through all the calls and have written in the letter what was said not what you or i interpret what was said.

Ordered TV 2798.00.No delivery date, chased up no answer via email or return call as promised.Phoned finance company and was told Selfridges had cancelled the order as couldnt get stock ? Huh , is this company going bust and struggling for cash ? Thing is i sold my TV will now actively let people know what a terrible company Selfridges are and the risks they run purchasing from here. 0 stars . RECEIVED REPLY BELOW....I sold my tv.They dont respond to emails .Do they think putting a stereo typed reply makes them look good , it only prooves what a terrible company they are.
