I messaged them twice but failed to get any kind of response, looks likely that I will be filing an Amazon claim.

Very pleased with what appears to be nicely put together product. Had a bit of a wait due to being out of area, worth bearing in mind if you live in Devon like me. Apparently orders down here are rare, therefore I've waited 7 weeks for the shed to arrive. It looks like they organise the run when there is enough orders in the area to justify sending down a van.

Worth bearing in mind if your not inside their free delivery area.
I was also hit with a £30 charge for being out of area, this was added to the basket on payment at the last minute.
This information regarding delivery charges is in the delivery FAQs but you'll need to dig it out prior to submitting your order or it will end up a surprise. ;)

Overall, the fact the product is good has eased my frustration with having to wait a little longer than I would of liked.

Something for everyone here, would recommend.

The product is fantastic, the guys that delivered it super efficient but the sales guy could of been clearer about actual delivery times.
Mine was a stock item that I wanted quickly, my expectation was to receive goods in a week. I was unaware, and perhaps this is something the sales guys need to stipulate, if you opt for the "white glove" service it will potentially add a delay to your delivery.
My order finally arrived 13 days after I ordered it. I would of been happy with a kerbside service if I'd known I could of got it faster.
None the less, my house warming was a blast sat on scatter cushions, sharing the one chair that had been delivered in 3 days!

I did speak to them by email, and they informed me that I had misunderstood the terms of the white glove delivery, this is accurate considering it was not made clear.
Not an awful experience by any shot but could of been much better.

Perhaps they should look at their tag of 3-5 days delivery, next day for additional £20. - and add a big "potentially" before it.
