Over a number of weeks I have been ordering products to be delivered from Terry Howells. On these occasions I have spent in the region of £1500-£2000 and during these times the delivery services have been horrendous. I have continually had to contact Terry Howells Pontypool to request where and when my delivery will be coming and if you even get through on the phone they offer no help. This week my order was due to arrive on Tuesday - I waited in all day and at 1700 realised the order wasn’t coming. I contacted them on Wednesday morning and received an answer. I was informed that it was their mistake that the order had been missed, however they didn’t have a driver in the area until Friday so I would have to wait. I today contacted to confirm my delivery would be coming and Terry Howells unfortunately laughed and said it’s probably going to be later on if I’m honest. This is an outrage knowing that I have been waiting since Tuesday. Terrible customer service. This is not the first occasion I have been let down by this company but I assure you it will be the last.

I have years of experience in dealing with Terry howells and I have never had one complaint!
The staff are impeccable and like a well oiled clock they are a credit to what make a good company great ! Terry left behind a great legacy and was a credit to us all , a hard worker and a gentleman

We ordered some fancy trellis which we know is in short supply. The ordering system was easy and we were given a delivery date. We were delighted when the product arrived on the given date, the driver was friendly and helpful and the pricing was also competitive from Terry Howells. We will definitely use them again .

Ordered Jumbo bag of plum stone.The site was easy to use and replied with delivery date in a short while. The driver was polite and helpful put the bag where i had easy access done it with a bit of difficulty job done.

I have used Terry Howells for most of my DIY materials for a number of years and always had good service and advice. This time was no exception...ordered online and all items were delivered on date and time as agreed. The driver was helpful, courteous and offloaded my order without damage to anything. Good service all round.

Brilliant service! Can’t fault the efficient and hassle free service. Much cheaper than other suppliers in the area as well. Will definitely use again.

This is the third time recently that I have used Terry Howells and despite a minor delay with some wood which I ordered which was not Terry Howells fault I must confess I am very pleased with the service.

Ordering is easy via the website, communication on when the delivery will take place is also good and the drivers are always helpful and very polite.

Having found Terry Howells I’ll not be using any of the larger builders merchants in the future and will certainly tell friends and relatives to use you as well.
