Excellent service for collection in Cwmbran outlet. I had a slight problem when ordering as the site kept saying the product was out of stock for collection, however, I then started to order for delivery and was moved back to collection and suddenly I was able to order and pay . I received immediate notification that the order was being processed and I was then informed my order was ready for collection. It must have been a wobble in the system.

We love the LG Oled Tv we purchased. Being elderly we had previously been used to having a instruction manual on the functions on the hand remote but there we no instructions in the box so we guessed it was an online search job. We eventually found a YouTube clip on this and all was ok.
The only irritant we had with the purchase was noticing the product was reduced in price by £100 the day following our purchase date.

The new bed was delivered by two very helpful , professional chaps. They set the bed up for us and took away all the packaging and we were delighted with the service. Our new bed is very comfortable and we rate Bensons highly.
