After my gate was
Damage I’m still waiting for compensation 3 months later

Delivery arrived promptly on the stated day and the order was complete. The delivery driver was friendly and very helpful, especially as I’m unable to lift anything heavy.
When the builder had completed the work we were left with a couple of sleepers we can’t use so I contacted Terry Howells and was told no problem, we’ll collect them and there’s no charge as we’re local.

We visited the Newport branch yesterday and were served by Oliver, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite.
the service was excellent and our goods are being delivered tomorrow, so very quick delivery slot!

A big thank you to Paul & the staff of the Newport branch. They went above & beyond when we were renovating a garden for a surprise for a very deserving person.
After starting & working on the garden for 3 weeks, the Housing Association stopped all works. We would have been so out of pocket with all the materials we had bought but thankfully Terry Howells stepped in and collected everything and gave us a full refund. They did not have to do this and made a horrible situation so much better are faith in human nature was somewhat resort. Thank you so much you’re all stars.

This was the year for us to finally tackle our jungle of a garden! We were recommended to Terry Howells by a family friend and glad we were! Brilliant prices, the service was excellent and each time we had a delivery the drivers were so friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Quick delivery and it was easy to set up my account online. Loads cheaper than other merchants and great quality products. Couldn’t fault Terry Howell and won’t go anywhere else now

Martin of Terry Howells just delivered my pallet of sand and cement. He went the extra mile to deliver this pallet, carefully placing it over the back garden fence, in a very tight space. What a star.
Without the extra mile I would have been lugging 50 off 25kilo bags down a long drive.

When other merchants couldn't meet my order in the time I needed it delivering Terry Howell's did. Order taken, received when I needed it. And at a competitive price.

Placed an order on the website (which was easy to use and navigate). It was delivered next day and the person who delivered was very helpful.

Ordered bulk bag of golden flint gravel , everything went ok, driver helpful. Decided I needed another bag of the same , everything fine until emptied bag to find it was a different colour to last bag, contacted TH only to be offered another bag to mix in at trade price (£90 instead of £100 ) big deal .Asked to speak to a manager and told he would ring me ..still waiting .. Have always gone there for materials but alas no more .Very disappointed in there attitude

My order was handled quickly and efficiently.
I placed my order yesterday and had an update email every step of the way. My order arrived at 9 oclock this morning.
Delivered by a friendly man, who unloaded everything and placed it in a very neatly organised pile exactly where I wanted it.
And to top it all, the prices are very reasonable. Very happy customer, who will definitely be returning and very happy to recommend to others.

Excellent service, Pontypool branch closed at 12pm & no deliveries till New Year but they used small lorry & delivered ton of sand & this was in driver's own time!
Also helped double-bag sand & carry cement to house.
