Over a number of weeks I have been ordering products to be delivered from Terry Howells. On these occasions I have spent in the region of £1500-£2000 and during these times the delivery services have been horrendous. I have continually had to contact Terry Howells Pontypool to request where and when my delivery will be coming and if you even get through on the phone they offer no help. This week my order was due to arrive on Tuesday - I waited in all day and at 1700 realised the order wasn’t coming. I contacted them on Wednesday morning and received an answer. I was informed that it was their mistake that the order had been missed, however they didn’t have a driver in the area until Friday so I would have to wait. I today contacted to confirm my delivery would be coming and Terry Howells unfortunately laughed and said it’s probably going to be later on if I’m honest. This is an outrage knowing that I have been waiting since Tuesday. Terrible customer service. This is not the first occasion I have been let down by this company but I assure you it will be the last.
