Rip-off from start to finish.

Rip-off from start to finish.

When booking somehow accidentally booked cancellation cover. Asked to cancel the same day but wasn't allowed to.

On return trip, could only book one of 4 passengers in so had to pay extra at airport - turns out we were booked under 4 separate booking references for the return journey but Budgetair didn't think to tell me! In the process of trying to resolve got scammed by someone purporting to be Budgetair who knew all my booking details.
Budgetair have no official contact number or live chat so impossible to contact them with problems with check-in.

No way would I ever even consider using this company again. Lesson learnt, always book direct with airline even if it costs a few quid more.

No offer of any compensation

Excellent service

Excellent service, Pontypool branch closed at 12pm & no deliveries till New Year but they used small lorry & delivered ton of sand & this was in driver's own time!
Also helped double-bag sand & carry cement to house.
Fabulous service & better priced than local competitors...!!!

Changes for the worse....

I've used the card for a number of years & it used to make eating out excellent value. Now I'm finding most restaurants I use only allow max of two people per table even if you hold multiple cards between you. Some also limit to main course only or have a minimum food spend per person. As you'll all already know it's almost always limited to Mon-Thurs.
These limitations mean it's becoming less & less worthwhile so unless the max people policy changes it's barely worth having the card.
Another criticism is that the mobile app no longer includes a link to the restaurant website & does not state whether the 2-4-1 applies to all courses or mains only.

We have over 2000 restaurants that allow the use of 6x diners per one tastecard.

Restaurants on tastecard should not limit to main courses only, nor should they have a minimum food spend, this does not comply with tastecard terms and conditions, please get in touch restaurantteam@tastecard.co.uk with further information so that we can investigate this with the restaurant(s) directly!

The 241 discount should apply to all starters, mains and desserts from the a la carte menu, this excludes any sharing dishes.

Worst Ever

Booked flights via skyscanner to Budapest. Took my money, realised two weeks later they hadn't booked flights by which time flights had almost doubled!

No explanation when I called but did at least get money back.

Will never use again.u

Been stuck in East Midlands airport…

Been stuck in East Midlands airport since 4am, flight now 9 hours delayed going to Dublin. Supposedly due to sick pilot so we've had to wait for plane to go & return from Barcelona yet loads of other planes come & gone so how does that work! Received £7 voucher though cheapest breakfast £7.99 without coffee then another £3.50 about 4 hours later - whoopee.
Don't know how they get away with it, clearly no cover staff yet always announcing new routes.
With the impending baggage changes & general disregard for their customers we've finally decided enough is enough so no more Ryannowhere regardless of price!
Final note, when they know flight has been delayed for 9 hours why don't they automatically pay the€250 compensation?!? thanks
