Hvis vi ikke har varen på lager i København, har vi dagligt en lastbil som kører fra vores hovedlager i Aarhus og ud til de enkelte pick-up points.

I am extremely frustrated with my experience with Proshop. First, I had to wait much longer than promised for the delivery of my order. The delivery was delayed for several weeks, which was incredibly inconvenient.
When the product finally arrived, it was defective. Despite my efforts to troubleshoot the issue with different cables and ports, the product consistently fails to work as expected, rendering it completely unusable.
To make matters worse, I discovered that the customer support hotline has been disabled, which is utterly unacceptable.
At this point I regret buying from Proshop because my work is impossible as I have to wait for a slow solution from Proshop and until then I have to work without a screen.

Fast processing and delivery
Fast processing and delivery, non-expensive, quality products.
No help from costumer service
I find it unbelievable that, as a customer, I have to solve my own problem due to the failure of customer service.
The issue was that I ordered a product that was listed as "in stock." At the time of payment, it still showed as available, and even 15 minutes after the payment was completed, the product status remained unchanged. It even stated that I should receive the item within 1–2 days.
After waiting a few days without receiving anything, I contacted customer service. They informed me that another customer had purchased the product—despite it supposedly being reserved for me.
I asked if they could offer a solution where I could receive a similar product without paying extra. The short answer was no. Instead, they offered me a nearly identical item for 400 DKK more. I found a product very similar to the one I originally ordered, priced at 260 DKK more—but unfortunately, Proshop couldn’t cover the difference, even though the mistake was theirs.
From my point of view, the customer is now expected to fix the company’s mistake—and pay for it.
What really frustrates me is that I didn’t even receive an email notifying me that the item was out of stock. I had to find that out on my own.

Worst experience ever/ zero logistics.
So i ordered a 20kg kettlebell along side some small bands , was very exciting stuff as i finally found the 20kg kettlebell on sale , on checkout on their website i choose same day delivery using burd (which was an available option) so i even got more excited! Well little did i know…
First of all the delivery was delayed 2 days as they had no stock in Copenhagen but that wasn’t really an issue for me tho,
So 2 days later burd delivery “picked up” my order which was split into 2 packages for some reason , the kettelbell was in one and the bands in another package which kinda seemed weird to me but no big deal i thought.. until i only received one package which container the bands.. and apparently “burd delivery” cant deliver my kettlebell package because it is over weigh!! EVEN THO AT PROSHOP WEBSHOP I WAS ABLE TO CHOOSE THEM AS A DELIVERY COURIER, matter of fact i paid extra just to choose them..
I spoke to proshop and they said i will be issued a refund and they recommended me re-ordering and choosing a different courier for delivery and even agreed to refund the delivery charge whixh was great.. until i go to their shop and the same kettlebell i paid 319kr for is now 660kr…
So i contacted them again saying instead of issuing a refund for the item that i already paid for and did not receive it why don’t you just it again with a different courier!? They flat out refused and want me to go pay double basically now , note that its been a week without me getting a refund cuz burd delivery had my item for a week and still have it ( but thats a different story)
Anyway terrible terrible experience just because their logistics sucks i have to be stressing about an item sending emails to both them and burd going back and forth trying to get my item or my momey , would recommend to never ever buy anything from them!!
UPDATE: after long conversations we agreed they would send the same item that i already paid for with a different courier since its only fair
BUT Now that they got it they are backing out and just gonna refund me lol.. what a joke of a company. Am not gonna lie it was kinda expected with the quality of service the offer

Motherboard under warranty..
I ordered full set of computer parts a year and half ago and spend over 2000 Euros Last month my computer started overheating the CPU raising to 95° after few minutes since i turned on. I didn't many test, changing rams, disconnect all componets, terminal paste and I had spare parts from my other pc configuration with compatible parts for that motherboard.I limit in BIOS THE CPU'S TEMPERATURE BY 80 DEGREES, but the cpu was getting hot to 95 degrees which was indication something is wrong with the motherboard. I sent it back to the seller and they emailed me that they found "scratches" around the holes for fixing the motherboard to ta PC case. I had pictures from the motherboard before I sent and they still was banging it's my fault and i need to pay for diagnostic and postage fees.... Totally disappointed from company. First from when I ordered the parts i was waiting a month to get all parts. Second this with the motherboard which had a year and half more warranty. Btw This is not my first computer, I have been working in IT more then 20 years and assembled and repaired so many PCs and laptops...
UPDATE:
You claim :"Out technician found damages on the mainboard". First like i said I took pictures of motherboard and the CPU before i sent to your company from both sides and for sure definitely it's not made those scratches by me. Might your technician scratched by mistake and now put blame on me. Anyway only people who doesn't work can't make mistake and i wouldn't blame if that happened but I would like to take responsibility for that.
Your respond "We asked you if you want us to send the motherboard to Gigabyte" true you asked but me to pay the gigabyte technicians for diagnostic of it.
"This was refused on your part and we will return the motherboard to you." Of course I would refuse, i bought from you for around 250 euros and that motherboard which stopped working for a year and half and you wanted to make extra money for something which wasn't my fault.

Great prices and phenomenal service
Great prices and phenomenal service. Frequently get next day morning delivery on items ordered late in the evening the day prior in the Copenhagen area.
Support have been very helpful on the rare occasions I've had returns or issues in the past (Product issues rather than Proshop or shipping issues).
Highly recommend.

Excellent experience with Proshop warranty
Excellent experience with Proshop. I bought a smartphone (ASUS ROG 6) with them a little over two years ago with a slight discount. Unfortunately the phone started crashing and giving issues around the 2-year mark of the warranty. Where other stores would have refused any action (in my experience), Proshop communicated clearly, took back the phone for investigation, and proceeded to return the full purchase amount as it could not be fixed. Highly recommended!
Unacceptable lack of protection on expensive items
I ordered parts for my NAS and the hard drives arrived in the box, completely unprotected and rattling around (which is outrageous). After installation one of them died during SMART test. Proshop did agreed to replace all of the drives (sent them drives back better protected then they did when they shipped them to me) so that's good, but the fact that this actually happened at all is unacceptable. You don't have to be a technical person to know that expensive items should be protected in shipping and sadly I noticed that amount of protection is lately lacking (like shipping small items in an oversized box with no protection). And the fact that I have to wait because of someone's lack of competence is ridiculous.
EDIT:
That's fine and all, but I ordered drives to have them 2nd of februaray and the way I see it - I still haven't got them!

Refused to replace a broken motherboard
I bought a motherboard from them. The wifi+bluetooth module doesn't work, and the ethernet port almost never works (both tested on linux and windows).
I sent it back for them to take a look with a detailed report of the issues, within the warranty period.
They sent it forward to the manufacturer who found no issues. Because of no issues having been found, I was made to pay a test fee to get it back.
I then got the motherboard back and all the issues were still present, obviously. When I told them this, they just offered to repeat the same procedure which would obviously have the same results.
In fairness, they did document cosmetic damage and implied that that was the reason they sent it to the manufacturer, instead of testing it themselves or just replacing it without testing. I assume good faith in that part of the procedure.
In the end, I'm left holding the bag with a broken product and a company that refuses to do anything about it. They added the excuse that the part is now out of warranty (it ran out during this procedure), as if they didn't fail to respect the warranty in the first place.
The experience was obviously horrible. Many hours wasted in computer assembly. Unable to use said computer for weeks. And they implied I was either making the issues up, or they were some sort of skill issue. I understand assuming tech illiteracy by default, but the initial report was very obviously written by someone tech literate.
Regarding their reply, I use this motherboard every day with all the documented issues present. Maybe it's the CPU, or something in how the CPU and motherboard interacts? how am I supposed to figure that out? Proshop's system doesn't have any allowance for sending multiple parts in for repair, so I would have had to buy another CPU, motherboard, and probably RAM too, maybe a PSU as well, to figure out if the problem was with the motherboard or CPU. The motherboard seemed most plausible as it housed the non-functional components. So your inflexible system forced me to either accept a broken product or gamble on sending it in. I could have sent more parts in, but each working part would have cost me the high test fee individually.
The product ran out of warranty while you were processing it so I couldn't have influenced this outcome in any way.

bought a brand new motherboard around…
bought a brand new motherboard around xmas and this week I bought all parts and ready to install and i see the socket pins are completely damaged. probably a customer return. Why would u send damaged items or returned item as new?so deceiving and outright bad practice seems there is a reason why it was on sale. I will report this business practice so customers will be cautious
