Excellent experience with Proshop. I bought a smartphone (ASUS ROG 6) with them a little over two years ago with a slight discount. Unfortunately the phone started crashing and giving issues around the 2-year mark of the warranty. Where other stores would have refused any action (in my experience), Proshop communicated clearly, took back the phone for investigation, and proceeded to return the full purchase amount as it could not be fixed. Highly recommended!

Goede communicatie met de klantenservice over mijn bestelling die ik zo snel mogelijk geleverd wilde hebben. Hoewel de website alleen een algemene verwachting van de levertijd toonde, kon ik via de klantenservice precies afspreken wanneer de levering plaats zou vinden en dankzij dit is mijn product op tijd geleverd. Bestelling zelf is helemaal in orde, zoals verwacht en besteld en dus volledig naar wens.

The Alvar silver cufflinks I ordered are of great quality with a nice weight to them, and look as good as they seemed on the photos. Unfortunately there was a slight delay with the delivery being one day late despite me paying extra for next-day delivery, but this was swiftly rectified and I received a refund for the additional cost. Overall very satisfied with the experience and would order again.
