It would have been 5 stars (no really) but they use PostNord to deliver. One day service turns into six. Up until this order all my orders have been five stars.

They show that they have products in stock , but they dont. and they dont give any information about it either.
it can take 3-4 weeks to get the products .
when you call them they just try to speak around it.

What you buy is not what you get
What you buy is not what you get. I bought some light bulbs and cannot use any light bulbs, so I carefully selected the ones that I know should work. I received some completely different light bulbs. Same vendor, same socket, but different specs, so they were useless. avXperten excused that their website was not updated, but still at my expense!
I will find another place in the future.

Package arrived weeks later
Package arrived weeks later. No updates, the customer service never answers emails. When you call them, they promise delivery next few days. Then after few days they promise next week etc. They would even lie to your face they just answered. They didn’t. They did deliver in the end but chose a different store if you want fast and reliable delivery. Their logistics is a disaster.

Received two hard-drive readers
Received two hard-drive readers, both almost crashed my computer, sometimes wouldn’t even read the SSD’s and were below the speed mentioned on the package . When I wrote about it they said I had to pay 50 DKK to return. If I wanted to say it’s faulty then I risk having to pay for shipping for them sending it back + 150 DKK. The cables are less than that 150 DKK, it’s crazy to be at the mercy of the company when they have sold products that did not work or low functioning. There is then no incentive to send anything back, then I just fear that they claim they work and I loose even more money.

I have exactly the same experience as the guy Anders. While ordering I was promised delivery within 12 days had the same catch22 with the talkbot only to discover that delivery is set for the 12 of september. I am not able to cancel order. To close to delivery date !!!!! the talkbot replied. By all means use Avxperten if you do not need the purchage the next couple of mounth but awoid this company if you need your gods right away. And they will also charge you more in delivery charges than told when you purchage. And NO info from the company at all.

Delayed by more than a month with no explanation and no response from the store
Ordered a new computer screen on 1. August. Got a confirmation that delivery would be on the coming Friday at the very latest (five workdays) but that I would get an update every three days. I didn’t get an update, and when I tried contacting AvXperten I got pulled around in loops by their robot. After several tries to get ahold of an actual human being i am finally being led to an “expected day of shipping”. Here I notice that my package is not set to start shipping until September. No explanation why my package is delayed by more than a month and no one to talk to about it. I wrote two emails but didn’t get a reply.
Terrible non-existing communication, a breach of trust as well as a lack of delivery as promised. I will recommend people finding alternative stores.

Extremely poor customer service
We have used avXperten many times in the past, always 5* service.
However we purchased a Nintendo Switch Game on 24/7, which suggested 2-4 days delivery as it was at a remote warehouse.
The email we received upon ordering, set a time line for delivery to be on Tuesday 29/7.
27/7 (Sunday) - we received an email updating us on progress, item had been moved and would be at the main warehouse on Monday as it was the weekend.
28/7. We don't hear about the order.
29/7. We are supposed to get the item today - no contact from avXperten.
30/7. We receive an email stating there is a delay of 1-3 days, starting from this date.
4/8. We try to contact avXperten, to be taken through the robot system and get no answers. We have emailed. We have no response.
I personally have over 20 years experience in the customer service field, most in retail and this company is failing it's customers greatly at the current time.
A customer who wants to contact customer service wants to speak to a human, not a robot. If an order is going to be delayed, this should be communicated with the customer BEFORE the date they are due to receive the product - that is good customer service. As far as we know, the order should be at the main warehouse, avXperten have told us that (27/7). So why is it further delayed?
Extremely disappointed and after years using this company, we will try to avoid it. Very unfortunate as they are just around the corner from us in Grenaa.

Misleading communication, order cancelled without reason or explanation
I placed an order with avXperten for a Philips Hue outdoor light listed at 899 DKK. Shortly after, I received an email titled “Tak for din bestilling,” which included my order number, item, and delivery estimate—everything that would normally constitute an order confirmation. On their website, there was even a button labeled “Gensend ordrebekræftelse,” which further suggested the order had been confirmed. (How would you otherwise "re-send" the order confirmation?)
When I placed the order the expected delivery date was 14th July. On the 15th July the product was still showing "in transit". When I inquired about the delivery, my order was suddenly cancelled without any proper explanation. The item remained in stock on their site, now at a higher price (1145 DKK). When I reached out, I was told the initial email was merely a “bestillingsbekræftelse” and not binding, even though the interface and language used were clearly misleading.
Customer service dismissed my concerns and referred me to the consumer complaints board (Forbrugerklagenævnet) if I disagreed. Instead of acknowledging the issue or honoring the original price, they chose to argue over a relatively small difference in cost—losing a customer in the process.
I regret that this experience with avXperten could not be resolved amicably, and that they have wasted my time waiting for an order that they had no intention of honoring to begin with. I will not shop here again.
