Proshop er en af Danmarks ældste IT forhandlere. Vi åbnede i midten af 90'erne i hjertet af Aarhus med en butik, siden hen har vi udvidet med erhvervsafdeling og webbutik. I dag er vi placeret i Højbjerg, få kilometer fra Aarhus centrum.
Kæmpe sortiment
Vi har et kæmpe varesortiment. De mest populære varer er på lager hos vores lokale pick-up points, skal man skal bruge noget lidt mere specielt, kan vi skaffe det inden for få dage.
Hvis vi ikke har varen på lager i København, har vi dagligt en lastbil som kører fra vores hovedlager i Aarhus og ud til de enkelte pick-up points.

Højt serviceniveau har altid været utroligt vigtigt for Proshop, derfor fokuserer vi på stor viden og god service når vi ansætter medarbejdere. Hos Proshop kan du godt forvente noget ekstraordinært.
Pick-up point
Vi oplever en stigende efterspørgsel af hurtig levering, derfor har vi valgt at fokusere på lokale pick-up points. Vi har i dag pick-up point i Aarhus og København.

Delivery dates are uncertain or false
One delivery date has been promised, then delayed a month, another delivery date has been promised and then delayed once again. It is very unsure when something will actually get delivered.
Proshop offers to split deliver, but charge you a delivery charge for each split. Many webshops do not charge extra for splitting a delivery when they are late on a promised delivery date.

(Increasingly) Terrible experience, poor communication and dishonesty
I ordered a gaming PC for my son's Christmas present on 30th November. All the components I selected were shown as in stock, and the original shipping date was by 10th December.
The delivery date kept being pushed back - although there was no communication from Proshop, I had to keep logging in to my order to see the status. Finally I had to contact Proshop when the delivery date was showing as after Christmas. They told me that a power supply component was not available, and the delivery would be in early January. I had to accept, and explain to my son that his Christmas present would not arrive on time.
Then in late December the expected shipping date started to be pushed back again! I contacted Proshop, and was told that the issue was not a missing component - it was just the fact that they had taken too many orders from Black Friday onwards and did not have enough resources to process them all. I can imagine that there are a lot of other disappointed customers who didn't get their Christmas presents in time either.
As of today, the expected shipping date is 22nd January, but it has been changed so many times that I have no confidence that it will arrive by then. I can't believe that a big company like Proshop would keep taking orders which they knew could not be delivered on time, and that their communication was so poor. This will be the last time that I order anything from them.
**EDIT** One day after Proshop reply to my review... the expected delivery date has gone back even further to 14th FEBRUARY!!!

God butik. Men denne vare blokerer for Bluetooth signalet. Havde svært ved at koble op på høreapparaterne og headsets. Hopper af og på. Først da jeg afmonterede bumper casen var der super forbindelse. Ved ikke hvor jeg skal gå hen med min viden. Arbejder meget ude og har brug for en god beskyttelse til telefonen.

Good
My experience was good, the delivery took a short time, the item came in good ish quality, so I think its okay. Also they have a bit cheaper prices sometimes.
Package lost and damaged but I cannot cancel
I ordered a TV with Proshop because I needed it fast and their website said delivery in 1-3 days. They have sent three days ago but track and trace reports it as damaged and lost. I called them today and they said I have to wait five more days before they will cancel the order. Then I have to buy a new one and wait for that to arrive. I suggested they cancel the order and I buy a new one on the spot, but they refused and said I have wait the five days. I do not feel that is a good service. They should carry the problem with a failed delivery- not the customer.
Update: Today, 8 days after purchase, Proshop agreed to send me another. I however had to talk to three people and wire rejected three times today before they finally agreed. I am happy they agreed in the end, but this should never have been so difficult. I hope Proshop can streamline the proces for lost shipments better in the future. I have always been satisfied with Proshop until this purchase, but will keep shopping with them hopping this was a one time issue.

Disapointed and bad service
First of all incompetent service at your administrative desk. Way too long spent discussing in a negative regard and unhelpful regard.
I’m returning an object, that i have just bought. The product is not what I expected and therefore it is returned. I do not get The chance to even decide, The product is taken out of my hands by your employee. And I get a handwritten receipt instead of a proper receipt where both parties or atleast the customer signs that they returned The orderd product. I leave proshop disapointed, with no receipt, no product and no money back. The employee Doesn’t tell me when I’ll have my money back either, and now I have to wait for that too.. The product i bought was meant as a present for next day- saturday, and I ended without money and no product/present. + a very uncomfortable experience.
Id like to note Proshops marketing and Googles algoritm.. if you search for certain products like for example a tablet. Instead of getting tablet hits on your search, you get covers for Them. Which is a bad customer experience when that isnt what youre looking for. The reason for this happening is The name of The product in proshops website. If The products name didnt start with The name of The tablet, you would’t have this problem. It should be : bookcover for name of tablet model .. and not tablet name … and then bookcover which you wont be able to see written, cause the productname is too long. I could tell you Many ways to better youre webshop, and youre service at The shop, but you should have some competent employees who would consider The customer experience- since it goes hand in hand with your concept.

One of the worst after sales service, bought IRobot j9+ combo in July this year it has issues since then, they took in for 4times and every time they returned after an month with new same issue, nothing has solved, 1st time when they took then they didn’t do anything and returned, 2nd time they changed the dustbin bag (after market) and took out both brush and gave back, after complaint they put some random brush and I was forced to buy new bag. 3rd time again same issue they took and nothing solved and now I got it back yesterday 4th time and same issue, they promised every time that if next time it happen then we will return the money or change the product but every time they convince and talk politely and do the same. To my surprise it happens again today and the support guy whom I have shown the video and agreed it has same issue and still didn’t refund money or change product, it’s been 4 month struggle and I am done with this. I will be talking legal action against them.

I bought from them most of my hardware for a new PC and it came the day after.
The chassis took a week to deliver but they did state so in their shop.
Inaccurate, unreliable, untrustworthy
Purchased three products and the first indication of delivery was 2-3 days. After 5 days, I followed up and I was told it will take another week.
2 out of 3 products arrived. I was told that the last product would arrive in 10 days. After a few days, they cancelled the last product saying it will not arrive.
A complete joke of a service and customer experience.
