Great customer service/communication from the Hofstra and Wagner team. Unfortunately deducting 1 star, due to their transport company they nominated. They failed to deliver as planned and impacts the overall purchasing eperience. As I have not received the goods, I am not yet in a position to comment on the product quality itself.

Great product, friendly customer service. Had some communication issues from YouSee when we upgraded our line. Upgrade was not done at the time agreed. Had to call again to find out there was an issue that was not communicated and a new request had to be logged to do the upgrade. Which was done right away.
