I would have given 5 stars if they hadn't changed from DHL to Blue Water Shipping for shipping to the Faroe Islands. The delivery went from 24-36 hours to 2-3 weeks for the same distance, and the tracking has no information on it. The bad service that blue water shipping does not indicate that Proshop has a bad service but it does affect the rating as there is no other shipping options available thus I have to rate the overall experience.

Thanks for your review. We apologize that you have experienced longer delivery time then you were used to. We switched from PostNord to BWS to improve the customer experience. We will work with BWS to bring down the delivery time to the level it was before.
