Kæmpe sortiment
Vi har et kæmpe varesortiment. De mest populære varer er på lager hos vores lokale pick-up points, skal man skal bruge noget lidt mere specielt, kan vi skaffe det inden for få dage.
Hvis vi ikke har varen på lager i København, har vi dagligt en lastbil som kører fra vores hovedlager i Aarhus og ud til de enkelte pick-up points.

Højt serviceniveau har altid været utroligt vigtigt for Proshop, derfor fokuserer vi på stor viden og god service når vi ansætter medarbejdere. Hos Proshop kan du godt forvente noget ekstraordinært.

My order still hasn't come yet, and i ordered it the 1. july. They said it would take 1-2 day, then it said it would come the 10th, then the 17th and now it says the 26th. Like come on, this is so freaking stupid, how can it take that long for 3 little things. And im so mad because i needed the stuff for my trip on the 13th, and of course i thought it would come, but it didn't, long from it. This is actually the worst experience I have had when ordering online. Its a total shitshow, at that's putting it nicely😡

Lied about having it in stock
So i placed an order, cancelling a previous order as this company said they had it in stock and the delivery would happen 16th or 17th. AFTER the order was placed i was told the week after it might be delivered and that no it wasnt in stock, which is false marketing. I tried contacting them via email on monday, suprise suprise no answer

The products are of great quality and for a fraction of the price.
Never again
I pre-ordered a limited edition game and received a completely different product on delivery.
My initial item is not in stock anymore so I cannot receive it and a return only functions with a return label, that I have to print myself - without having access to a printer - because QR codes are not a thing for Proshop. Upon asking Support how we handle this now since I cannot print the label I was told I can alternatively hand in the wrong item in one of their pick up points in either Copenhagen or Aarhus aka travel for hours just to do that.
I find it honestly shameful that I have to figure out Proshops mistake and now also had to buy the item for a higher price elsewhere because they lost my initial item.

Misleading Seller
I have purchased a Bosch heat pump (Bosch 3000i Climate) from Proshop.se which is unfortunately does not function as advertised - with severe icing issues even in mild temperatures well within published operating range.
Proshop refuses to accept a return of the item.
On investigation with the manufacturer I am informed the unit is not a Swedish model but rather has been imported from outside Sweden and accordingly renders the manufacturer warranty void.
Proshop refuses to accept responsibility for either of the above and the case has been submitted to The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
It is important that consumers are aware that Proshop is engaging in misleading practices like this and that should you have issues with your purchase it appears Proshop will avoid responsibility and not honour their legal responsibilities voluntarily.
I strongly recommend avoiding purchases through this vendor.

Best offers on quality products
After hours of scouting for a fair price on an 1TB SSD, Proshop was an obvious choice, with the best price and fast payment options. The pickup point is fairly easy to get to, and the actual delivery took 2 minutes. My Kingston SSD works perfectly!

The price for the shipping could have been used for a plane for the price not a ship. Like why would M.2 Nvme cost 205kr for shipping only? You guys could have used the plane for sending it instead you opted to use a ship which is slower and not as reliable.. plus you guys use the most unreliable shipping service no one likes...

Poor Customer Service & No Clear Price Adjustment Policy
I recently purchased PC components from Proshop. An item I bought went on sale exactly 14 days after my purchase date (Invoice April 8th, Campaign April 22nd).
When I contacted them shortly after noticing the price drop (on April 30th), hoping for a price adjustment, my request was denied. The customer service representative stated they are "not required to compensate for price decreases" and only offer it as a "service" within 14 days of purchase. Their reasoning for denial was that I hadn't contacted them on the 14th day (April 22nd), even though that was the day the campaign started.
Further investigation suggests Proshop doesn't actually have a formal, advertised price match guarantee policy like their competitors. The 14-day window mentioned seems to be an informal "service" or potentially relies on the customer using their standard 14-day return right - returning the item at their own cost and re-ordering. This is far less customer-friendly than a direct price adjustment.
This rigid interpretation and lack of a clear, supportive policy feels incredibly unhelpful, especially when the price drop occurred precisely on the final day of the window they mentioned. Major competitors like Elgiganten and Power offer clear, often more generous (e.g., 30-day) price match guarantees, showing a much better commitment to customer satisfaction.
Proshop's inflexible stance, the dismissive tone ("If you had contacted us on the 22nd... there would of course have been no issue"), and the absence of a transparent price adjustment policy compared to their main competitors, has unfortunately ensured I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Buyers should be aware of this lack of a formal price guarantee and the resulting customer service attitude.

On the website all products that I ordered were in stock with delivery on the 19. Now suddenly, they are waiting for some products. No update on late delivery, no sorry, nothing.
