Orderchamp fulfillment is a disaster!
In warehousing and fulfillment problems are bound to happen like damage, misplacement, missing, lost and shipped products not being complete, broken, missing or not arriving. 
But you would want the company providing these services to be experienced and have internal procedures and processes in place to quickly deal and solve the occurring issues. Which in most cases would be a quick compensation to you as their customer and them improving their own back-end processes and their shipping partners. 
Orderchamp fulfillment is NOT one of those professional companies and will push all responsibilities (you thought to have outsourced) to their customers. 
We've used Orderchamp fulfillment for about a year, the damage rate (broken glasses) has increased since we started using them. This was probably caused by not enough stuffing materials (which they much later did improve) but their first reaction was of course blaming someone else (the carrier).
Sometimes the product boxes were opened (or even torn), and the products inside disappeared, only left with empty boxes. It happened not only once, but multiple times. And we mean that this is how our customers received the order! They try to blame you (their customer) or the carrier. They seem to imply no mistakes happen in their warehousing. That seems very naif to us!
 
It was also such a pain contacting them, sometimes we didn't get a reply for weeks or even months. We had to keep chasing them for a simple reply. We sometimes got some compensation but with enormous effort.
Don't use Orderchamp fulfillment - they caused damaged and missing products (products disappeared and left with empty packaging/boxes). Not trustworthy, not reliable, and not responsible.
When our stock suddenly disappeared from their warehouse, they claimed that we didn't supply enough quantities despite they already confirmed initially the correct quantities (and without damage) were received by them at their warehouse. An unbelievable messed up fulfillment service. Absolutely no protection for brands. 
We decided to stop using their fulfillment service and had all our inventory returned back to us. Of course, some boxes were opened and the products inside disappeared again.
For example. They said 25 items had been shipped for a certain product (5 colli) but we only received 20 (4 colli). Their explanation was to send an image of a packing list where they manually crossed out the 25 units and written 20. Our packing list (and their own back-office system) showed the correct 25 units. So where have those 5 units gone?
100% NOT recommend using the Orderchamp fulfillment service.
In response to your reply on 18-1-2023 here, we already sent a lot of emails to the support team, but we are still waiting for your reply. Your support doesn't even reply to emails, that's why we had no choice but to post a comment here.

Stay way until support issues are resolved
One of the 3 main contenders to provide a modern B2B platform, unfortunately, their support is all but non-existent. 
We have 2 issues, one technical weeks ago that has never been resolved or even acknowledged and another more serious one where 30% of orders came cpm[eltely broke. 
Days have passed and no one has contacted us yet about or 3 emails on the subject. 
Based on our experience I would stay away from this company until they are able to fix the very obvious rapid growth issues they need to hire a ton more support staff.

(Seller) If I could give 0 stars, then I would.
They have apparently sent me money but I haven't received a penny. Considering my account was verified with them, they sent it to the wrong IBAN number but don't want to do anything else about their issue. It's been going on for 5 months now and I will never be using them again.

2 emails to customers service and after 2 weeks still no answer. too bad as the brands reached out to us but the owners of the marketplace don't give a hand to complete the orders

Very poor sign up system and incredibly opaque criteria for what brands they will and will not list with no feedback and what looks like random account deletion. Very odd experience and not recommended.

Orderchamp is a scam website! They kept my money and didn't take any responsibility for it
I placed an order with a brand called Chatelier at Orderchamp. The order was left at another address -that's what Orderchamp said. They said the 'parcel was left in the corner of my house' and suggested me to go and have a look. I don't know where the corner is, nor they do. I live in Gran Via, Madrid. The main commercial street in Madrid downtown, according to the news, 100.000 people hit the area every day.... 
Anyway, they have scammed me and kept my money. They refused to reimburse me and gave a rubbish customers service. The person talking to me over the chat was taking ages to reply... I mean I have a copy of the conversation... I was trying to chat to them for 3 hours... I mean try because the guy on the other side was taking at times 30 minutes to reply. Anyway, I wouldn't advise anyone to order anything through this company.

The better one but far from perfect
Updat 17/8: 
For sure still the better of the three (Faire, Ankorstore) But far from perfect to. THey do not have their system and organisation managed well yet. 
They are "begging" you to invited brands to the platforms by giving nice bonusses for that but eventually you see hardly anything happening with these invitations. You do not get any update either or the change to help to speed up the process. 
Some brands I invited more than a year ago but I can not tell if they have even been contacted or anything. 
For the rest their system is still better setup than the competition. Not perfect yet but 3 stars for now while there is still plenty of room for improvement.

Faire.com and Ankorstore.com are backed by the biggest investers with loads of millions but can just not get it right. It seems clear they are just chasing the money. Orderchamp on the other hand stays much more humble but is chasing quality! It shows in a lot of ways. From the possibility to import newly ordered products directly into your CMS (woocommerce, shopify..... and lots more) and their support is much better to. Well it shows because acutally this is the only platform with which I did not need to contact support yet but from what I can see they are much more accessible. 
This will be my platform to go with in the end!
