Orderchamp fulfillment is a disaster!

In warehousing and fulfillment problems are bound to happen like damage, misplacement, missing, lost and shipped products not being complete, broken, missing or not arriving.

But you would want the company providing these services to be experienced and have internal procedures and processes in place to quickly deal and solve the occurring issues. Which in most cases would be a quick compensation to you as their customer and them improving their own back-end processes and their shipping partners.

Orderchamp fulfillment is NOT one of those professional companies and will push all responsibilities (you thought to have outsourced) to their customers.

We've used Orderchamp fulfillment for about a year, the damage rate (broken glasses) has increased since we started using them. This was probably caused by not enough stuffing materials (which they much later did improve) but their first reaction was of course blaming someone else (the carrier).

Sometimes the product boxes were opened (or even torn), and the products inside disappeared, only left with empty boxes. It happened not only once, but multiple times. And we mean that this is how our customers received the order! They try to blame you (their customer) or the carrier. They seem to imply no mistakes happen in their warehousing. That seems very naif to us!

It was also such a pain contacting them, sometimes we didn't get a reply for weeks or even months. We had to keep chasing them for a simple reply. We sometimes got some compensation but with enormous effort.

Don't use Orderchamp fulfillment - they caused damaged and missing products (products disappeared and left with empty packaging/boxes). Not trustworthy, not reliable, and not responsible.

When our stock suddenly disappeared from their warehouse, they claimed that we didn't supply enough quantities despite they already confirmed initially the correct quantities (and without damage) were received by them at their warehouse. An unbelievable messed up fulfillment service. Absolutely no protection for brands.

We decided to stop using their fulfillment service and had all our inventory returned back to us. Of course, some boxes were opened and the products inside disappeared again.

For example. They said 25 items had been shipped for a certain product (5 colli) but we only received 20 (4 colli). Their explanation was to send an image of a packing list where they manually crossed out the 25 units and written 20. Our packing list (and their own back-office system) showed the correct 25 units. So where have those 5 units gone?

100% NOT recommend using the Orderchamp fulfillment service.

In response to your reply on 18-1-2023 here, we already sent a lot of emails to the support team, but we are still waiting for your reply. Your support doesn't even reply to emails, that's why we had no choice but to post a comment here.
