As can be seen by these other reviews, the person running Thirty Media has a track record of criminal activity, theft and deception stretching back to at least 2022. He is also the owner of Besique Manufacturing via The CBD Group LTD - the only active director.
To this day, victims of his previous business are still coming forward and to this day, this individual has addressed nothing about what he has done. He simply blocks people, avoids legal letters, liquidates businesses and unfortunately that tactic seems to have worked. The best we can do is highlight his behaviour online in an attempt to warn others. This man cannot be trusted under any circumstances.
(Aug 25) In an almost unbelievable turn of events - the police arrived at my door and arrested me for harrassment. The harrassment? Emailing his various businesses asking for money owed - no threats, just asking for what I am owed.
I was immediaely de-arrested at my home once I had explained the history of fraud surrounding the owner of this business and The CBD Group LTD.
The police had no knowledge of his previous arrest for fraud or the money he has stolen - they were shocked to say the least.
He has managed to have at least one other person confronted by the police for chasing money they are owed.
So not only is this man a fraud, he has a habit of trying to weaponise the police and justice system depsite being a career fraudster himself.
It is honestly mind boggling. I know he will read this - what a pathetic thing to attempt on top of everything else.

Having contacted DCBL for debt recovery I don't think I could recommend their services, at least in cases like mine.
While this was always going to be a hard case to collect on (unsuccessful in the end but this is not the reason for a less than favourable review). I found the communication to be slow and poor in general especially with one member of staff who 'handled' my case up until the last couple of interactions.
I found the whole experience a bit 'meh'. I had to chase for updates repeatedly over the course of many MANY months and it all culminated in a summary email saying they can't link the debtor to a certain address and that I would have to pay to have them linked.
Strange considering my documents and CCJ are against the debtor at that specific address. All a bit confusing and poorly explained. I did not respond to their final email as at this stage there isn't really any point.

Review of Equivo
Although we didn't achieve the outcome I was hoping for (it was a long shot and realistically I attempted to chase this debt at too late a date), Equivo have been communicative and detailed. Alison in particular was great to work with.
If I ever have another debtor that won't play ball I will be going back to Equivo first.

Disgusting company and customer service.
Cancelled our return seats (not flight) from Portugal in April with no updates of any kind. No emails, no calls. The booking confirmation link was still live with no mention of the flight itself being cancelled and no mention of our seats now being unavailable.
When myself, my wife and my one year old child tried to fly home we were informed by our airline that eDreams had cancelled our seat tickets.
I had to spend over a thousand euros to fly us three back home on our original booked seats! Utter madness.
Our airline has written a statement informing eDreams that it is eDreams who cancelled the seats and owe us a refund. eDreams are continuing to refuse despite evidence and various receipts.
Thank god we have money. I have no idea what we would have done if we didn’t have savings, stranded in a foreign country.
No customer support phone number at the time either leaving us clueless as to what to do.
I don’t think I’ve ever come across a more difficult and arrogant company in my life.
Disgusting. Book direct not with these total jerks.

The food is good. Everything else is poor.
We’ve just had our third box of food delivered and for the second time the menu is completely wrong. So out of 3 box selections, 2 have been incorrect and not just a meal or two incorrect, almost completely wrong.
The food is good but if they just send you random meals it defeats the point of choosing.
Another issue is their delivery times which isn’t entirely on them but something Simmer should look into.
We order so that staff get meals Monday - Friday but the order has shown up an hour later on each delivery. It started at 3-4pm which is way to late for lunch, then dropped to 4-5pm on the second delivery and then 5-6pm on the third! Ridiculous as like most businesses, we shut at 5.
I’m not really sure what’s going on with Simmer but there are two many faults to recommend this company
Update: 4th lot even later. 5th lot just didn’t show up with explanation. Awful customer service.
Have switched our meal prep to a local service which we should have been doing in the first place.

Two consecutive £100 fees for overstaying in a specific car park on two occasions. Both sets of receipts show I was covered for more than the entire stay. Outrageous and perhaps just a straight up scam. I wonder how many of these fee letters are paid by confused or scared individuals despite them correctly paying for parking - I imagine it adds up to quite a tidy sum for UK Car Park Management. Dirty thieves.

The team that services our business in Leyland is very good. Jacob is our main point of contact and has been nothing but excellent. We send quite a large number of parcels and it was starting to get overwhelming. DPD have completely lost the plot, Royal Mail (I am loathed to say) is now ass but we have found a winning combination with Inexpress as our main organisational point of contact with DHL as the main carrier. They also help us organise an increasing large number of international sends. Highly recommended

The toothbrush (3-in-1) is packaged nicely but is very cheaply made. It feels like it could break just by holding it. Low and behold I used this toothbrush twice and now it’s broken without any obvious reason. It hasn’t travelled, hasn’t been dropped etc. It was ok when it did work. Just feels like a cheap electric toothbrush. The add ons are pretty good. I am reviewing the toothbrush itself I cannot comment on the efficacy of the tooth whitening products.
Update: I did receive a timely refund so have updated my review to reflect this with additional stars.

Stared off good. Pretty accommodating. However, through an unidentified mechanism our website became disconnected from WebGains for around 2 months. We reconnected our side when we discovered the issue. They then immediately tried to charge us a ludicrous sum for 'lost commission' earned over the 2 months despite webgains sales making up a fraction of our total sales and the requested sum being more than 9 months of previous commission earnings. When we tried to negotiate and pointed out this was a bit unreasonable they referred us to the 'fine print' as all these types of businesses do and tried to sue us.
They failed obviously but the fact that this escalated so far tells your everything you need to know.
100% avoid. Get. In. The. Bin. Webgains? More like Webloss. As in get lost you bunch of hacks.

Constantly send solicitors and debt collectors after us after REPEATEDLY showing their 3rd parties and Eurofins themselves that invoices are paid. They have done this repeatedly. Absolute shambles of a financial department. We have now switched all hemp testing to a direct competitor who are superior in every conceivable way.
There are faster, cheaper and more specialist product testers in the UK. Eurofins is a bloated mess

Shocking. Appalling customer service. Remember the David Walliams character from Little Britain that says Computer Says No? That’s what these people are like. So unhelpful that we had to forfeit our booking and go next door to EuropCar to sort the issues which they did in about 10 minutes. We will claim the previous booking back. Luckily we are in the position where we can temporarily lose a bit of cash but if you weren’t I imagine you would be completely stuck spending money but not receiving a rental car.
How companies like this continue to operate blows my mind. They are significantly cheaper then their rivals which is probably how they sucker in clients but you get what you pay for.
Bite the Bullet and spend more with a professional and well established car hire firm.
Prats the lot of them.

Pretty poor. Needed a compressor as soon as possible. Paid over the phone and was told the item was on the shelves and would be dispatched that afternoon. After nothing showed up over the following days we asked where it was and were given a non-functional tracking number for an item that didn't exist. After investigating further, this parcel was only scanned in yesterday (06.12.2021) for delivery. It isn't a huge deal for something to be late but to have been directly lied to by two separate members of staff on two separate occasions all while using this company for the first time is a serious issue. We won't be back.
