I am satisfied with the products received; they match the description and quality presented on the platform. The delivery time was exactly as communicated in advance, so it was respected, but I still find it quite long for the needs of a new online shop.
In the future, I would appreciate if faster delivery options could be available, as this would better support business activities.
Overall, the experience was positive and I will continue to use the platform.

Poor Customer Support and Conflicting…

Poor Customer Support and Conflicting Information

My experience with Zentrada has been quite disappointing. The customer support is weak, unprofessional, and sometimes even rude in communication with customers.

In particular, their representative Alexander provided me with conflicting information. At first, he assured me that they could provide certain documents, which made me plan accordingly and spend my time based on that information. Later, he completely contradicted his own statement and said those documents were not available at all. This inconsistency wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration.

Additionally, the overall support team often gives incorrect and misleading information and handles customer inquiries in an unfriendly manner. Such lack of clarity and professionalism makes working with Zentrada very difficult.

Because of these issues, I can only give 3 stars.

Friendly Site, Easy Order Process, Spotless Delivery

Site is friendly to manage regarding interface though extra filters in category selection would be very usefull plus some products were in wrong categories, registration was quite easy, ordering was easy though I find it that in MIX order only logistics are fair, which also can be discussed with account manager in order to let you know what needs to be added, product wise, in order for the expense percentage to be desirable. The delivery dates were correct, exactly 3 weeks, products arrived and there was no problem with them, numerical or quality wise. Maybe in next orders I would go with subscription as well, if they keep up the optimal result.

Aggressive one-line replies.
No willingness to discuss.
I feel like I was scolded or something, for no reason.
If that is the level of customer support you provide, I am sorry to have contacted you.

As communicated in advance, deliveries from Germany to Malta can take longer than usual, especially when shipping via pallet, as was the case with your order. The scheduled delivery date provided by our system was June 10th, and today is June 11th. Therefore, mentioning a delay of 12 days seems a bit unusual, particularly since we had informed you about the expected transit times beforehand.

Transit time very long

Transit time very long. Shipment could have been packed in 2 boxes . Had to pay unnecessary freight charges for the extra box. Boxes were stuffed with shredded cardboard to full up. If we pay extra freight the products become expensive.

Unfortunately we had to use three parcels due to weight limitations.

It was not possible to send the goods in two parcels only as then a "heavy parcel" surcharge would have been added by the carrier and shipping would have been even more expensive.
