Great products, great service.

Very nice, I had a problem and they solved immediately, good quality, very fast to solve issues.

We confirmed two consecutive meetings with Orderchamp’s sales team after their confirmations, only to find out — while I was already waiting on time in the Google Meet room for them to join — that they “don’t cooperate with Greece.” I received this information by email at the very moment of the meeting.

This is something that should have been clarified before confirming the meeting twice, not after a small business invests time preparing and shows up professionally. It’s hard to describe just how unprofessional and inconsiderate this is.

Orderchamp claims to support independent brands, but if they can’t even respect the time and effort of small businesses with clear communication, how can they be trusted with something as important as wholesale partnerships and growth?

Extremely disappointing experience — and a clear warning to others.

We meet a verry bad experience with valentina and carmen support , they are so unfriendly and its guide you with chatgpt . even theyr fees are so high and company its have low quality services , im not recomand it

This platform is a scam. They lured us in with an offer but conveniently hid the 12-month commitment. Once you’re in, you’re stuck. The platform itself is full of bugs, and the support is terrible—slow, unhelpful, and dismissive.

Save yourself the frustration and go with better alternatives. Orderchamp is not worth your time or money!

Site is very friendly and has an extensive range of products to choose from. Suppliers are professional and products are beautiful.

I received my order within a week, which included three different types of soap:
- Verveine Exfoliant: I enjoyed this soap. It felt great on my dry skin and had a wonderful scent.
- Rose Exfoliant: I was disappointed because it barely smelled of rose.
- Santal: This soap had a lovely fragrance. :-)

Overall, the scented soaps from Savonito have a lighter scent compared to other scented soaps I've tried and can find, but they're still amazing high-quality products.

Stay far away from this company. The shipping prices are far too expensive and when you shut down your company and cancel your subscription, you are forced to pay a whole year more for a service you don't use.
