Stay way until support issues are resolved
One of the 3 main contenders to provide a modern B2B platform, unfortunately, their support is all but non-existent.
We have 2 issues, one technical weeks ago that has never been resolved or even acknowledged and another more serious one where 30% of orders came cpm[eltely broke.
Days have passed and no one has contacted us yet about or 3 emails on the subject.
Based on our experience I would stay away from this company until they are able to fix the very obvious rapid growth issues they need to hire a ton more support staff.
