Arrogant customer service!

Arrogant customer service. I wanted to transfer one of the deposits to another course that I had registered on but they said that in their t&c's, i couldn't transfer it. I gave them a screenshot of what I signed up for, which only stated 'non-refundable' and DIDN'T say non-transferable in writing on my invoice!

They have since ignored my reply so I will definitely not be paying the rest towards my courses. Yes, I've lost £150, but no way will I give this rude company anymore of my money.
I've signed up with Heavenly Hair Extensions instead, who are not only polite, but loads cheaper!

They Changed The Title After Ordering

It said 'Black' on the product listing and at checkout. When it was dispatched, it then said that I had ordered 'Navy'... not what I had purchased!

(Seller) If I could give 0 stars, then I would.
They have apparently sent me money but I haven't received a penny. Considering my account was verified with them, they sent it to the wrong IBAN number but don't want to do anything else about their issue. It's been going on for 5 months now and I will never be using them again.

They don't even deserve 1 star

They don't even deserve 1 star. Absolutely disgusting company. Both cupboards were faulty and they arranged for a courier to collect. 4 weeks later and I am still waiting for a refund. Their email today said that DPD haven't returned the cupboards to them... they are trying to push their problems onto their customers. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE CHARLATANS!!!!
