The best store for children’s toys and accessories! Period. 😀
The selection is fantastic, and I always find unique and adorable items that my kids enjoy. The quality is great, too… they won’t be in pieces after a week ot two, which gives me peace of mind knowing they’re playing with safe and durable products. Just a heads up, sometimes the shipping can take a bit longer than I anticipate, but it's always worth the wait! I can't recommend this place enough
Missing products, bad customer service
I have placed an order in December, I have received my package with one item missing, specifically the item I have ordered from them for. I was told that the supplier doesn’t have it in stock and that I will receive it in a while when it comes back in stock. I have then completely forgotten until March, when I emailed and was told the item was not going to be put back in stock and to pick another item from their store. I did and was told I was going to be contacted to get the delivery details. I was not contacted for a week and a half, then I woke up with a neighbour ringing my doorbell saying he has the package. Disappointing customer service, another drop shipping useless site with generic products and no actual interest.
Unjustified further payment requests
Despite having transferred the right payment and sending them copy of the transfer and their bill, they request further payments that are not justified.

No idea how these people even got our address, perhaps through an Amazon order...
I cannot even imagine that this is a legit company, they act like scammers. Heartfelt advice to avoid at all costs.
No retour!!! Klient Service don't help
I've ordered a roller. The description contained a mistake, that's why a wrong size has come. I've asked 6 times to take it back and return money - nobody has come! I had a right for free retour, nobody comes and they say now I should pay to send it back. And where is guarantee that if I send back, money will come to my account???? They will say that they haven't got the parcel. It's fraud. And I have all the screenshots. I don't recommend!!!

Awful UX
I have been trying to place my order since Sunday and no matter which device I try, I get 'Error 403'. I have also asked friends, and they get the same error so it is clearly an issue with their website. Customer service have offered to place the order for me, but when asked if they would honour the discount that was available to me on Sunday but couldn't complete the order through no fault of my own, they have stopped replying.

Got my info... but wouldn't ship to me.
They had a lot of toys I wanted. When I made an account, I had to give them all my info, including birthdate and phone number. I could choose my country from THEIR drop-down list.
After they had all my info and I was at the last step of paying and purchasing....I was informed that they don't ship to my country!!!
As far as I am concerned, this is a scam to get my info.

Tried for hours to make a purchse . GOT NOWHERE!
Tried for 2 hrs last night to purchase a Christmas gift for my grandson. All went well until i tried to put it in the cart. Then i got an error 403. Said try a different browser like chrome, or try using my mobile device...tried 3 browsers no change. Tried my mobile device. The first time i actually got to the cart, tried to buy- error in billing address. I checked my profile - seems last time i purchased from the site i used the shipping address as the billing address as well (we are in Canada, shipping to Germany). Tried to change billing address - seems form only allows european addresses! Got nowhere, went to bed.
Decided to give it another try, perhaps paypal payment would work. Well NO. Today, got the 403 error from my mobile device as well.
Called a friend - they tried. Error 403!
Tried to use your contact form - that does not work either!
Tried your praise or criticism link....when pressing continue - it times out!!
NOW I KNOW WHY I SWITCHED TO BUYING MY GRANDCHILDRENS GIFTS THROUGH AMAZON!!
Totally frustrating, unsatisfactory experience!!

I ordered toys and paid few days later. I have been bombarded with reminders for payment even though l have send confirmation for bank transfer twice. MyToys did not respond before l made a review on google and kindly ask me to reach out on another mail. Approximately 1 week after l now again received a reminder for payment but now coming from Austria. Stay away from this Company

Ordered a toy for my kids birthday, after 5 days didnot receive it and checked on their website the status of the order. The status showed "Order cancelled". Nice what a perfect service. They didnot even send you message or notification. They signed you up for stupid newsletter and spam you everyday with it.

Worst customer service experience EVER
This is the worst customer service experience I have had in my life. I will never order there again, am deeply disappointed and will not recommend them to anyone.
We have ordered an expensive playhouse from Kidkraft on mytoys.de as our daughter's Easter present. While setting it up, we realized that MyToys sent us the wrong article - not just the wrong color. They sent a whole different house. Also the house we received is cheaper than what we have paid, so if you ask me that is fraudulent.
Contacted their customer service immediately. The house we have ordered is not available anymore and sold out (of course). So they offered that we could return it. They scheduled a pickup for April 19, 2022. I was asked to me home from 8 AM until 8 PM and guess what? No one came and picked it up. This playhouse is huge, sits on a pallet and is in our driveway, which means we cannot use it. Called customer service again and sent multiple emails but only received generic unhelpful, particularly rude answers. One of the customer service reps even hung up the phone!! Another one asked me to be quiet or she would hang up. I have not yelled at them, nor did I call them names or anything. I was just asking them to fix the problem and find a customer oriented solution.
Their solution was to schedule another pickup that is 10 days out!!!! This means that I am waiting 2 more weeks on almost 500 EUR!!!! This is outrageous. I have not received any support but experienced only unprofessional behavior. I'd give 0 stars if I could!

Undelivered correct goods - still without answer
I ordered 19th February 2022 baby stroller. On tuesday 22th February 2022 I received order, but Mytoys send me baby stroller in other collor (instead taupe collour (like light grey) I received dark navy collour). In the same day I sent first message about this problem. Next day I sent e-mail to another company e-mail. I tried to call to company number but without success. Next day I tried to send message via the contact formular on your web site.
Until today I doesn´t receive any aswer how we could solve this problem. It didn´t cost 5 eur, so I would like baby stroller in colour in which I ordered it.

X-Mas gifts did not arrive in 3 weeks, MyToys have no clue
X-Mas spoiled; gifts did not arrive in >3 weeks, MyToys have no clue where is the package.
2nd Dec: we've ordered X-Mas gift online, knowing that delivery times may be a bit extended in December (Order Nr 591940161). Order was supposed to be delivered by Hermes.
12th Dec: order appears at Hermes website, however it seems to not be physically delivered to them by MyToys.
17th Dec: I've called MyToys - they've confirmed that package is still underway from MyToys to Hermes but they have no clue where it is and when it will arrive, and suggested to call on 20th Dec.
20th Dec: called again, situation is the same; MyToys suggested to wait few more days and if there is no status change till 22nd Dec cancel. And MyToys have NO CLUE where the package is, when it will arrive etc.
Amazing! Isn't it what you expect for a X-Mas gift - to have to cancel it one day before X-Mas?

It's been 2 months and it still hasn't arrived
I ordered a bed at Mytoys.de and it's been 2 months and it's not here yet. I have called multiple times, the customer service can't do anything about it. Really, calling is as good as useless.
After I called for the 3rd time, I received an email that the partner company had sent my bed, and the tracking number (unlinked), which was false! They never actually sent it nor used DHL. I imagine that was a way to stall me from cancelling the order.
Two days ago I receive another email that my bed was on the way and that a shipping agency would call me. It's been two days, and nothing happened. I called to ask about it, and they told me that the bed might come next week, can't assure it.
This means, that I can't provide a bed for my mother this week. What a disappointing experience.

Really bad customer experience and service
My husband ordered one product and we receive that product twice. Then we wrote in the contact form that they made a mistake because we just order one and we just pay for one according to our bank. They told us that they will pick up at home that week the product because it was a mistake.
Two weeks after, we called because nobody came to pick up the product. They told us that they have no email or anything from us and they took the money from the second product from our bank. I explained to them the situation and their answer is that they will report to the IT team but we have to go to Hermes to return the product and then they will give us the money back in 2 weeks. They made the mistake and customer pays for it... really bad service!!!
So the website is not working properly when you buy a product and they have a miscommunication problems in the customer service department. Be careful if you order something ... I will never do it again!!

Bad service experience
MyToys have very interesting products. You can rely on their quality. When it comes to service it is different story! I intended to buy a bicycle for my daughter-as 10% reduction coupon caught my eye. When I tried to apply it-it didn't work. I called the service and a lady kindly explain that I can proceed with buying and they will refund me-as they know what coupon was available on 5th of July.
After the purchase I started to get e-mails with questions which day, what coupon, have I a photo of the code, I suppose with the intention to give up of the reduction.
Which I did! So, my advise, be careful and doublecheck their so called reductions-it could be fake!
