Unresolved Lost Luggage Claim - No Follow-Up

I am writing to express my frustration with Lufthansa regarding an unresolved lost luggage claim. My luggage was lost for three weeks a year and a half ago, during which I had to purchase essential items. I submitted a claim and received a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) number, but I have not received a case number or any follow-up.

Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have been unable to get a resolution or even a case number to track the status of my claim. This lack of response and assistance is highly disappointing.

Could someone from Lufthansa please assist me in resolving this matter urgently?

Mal servicio de atención al cliente y entrega tardía

Pues aparte de no encontrar según ellos la dirección un día y notificarlo siempre después del horario de atención, les di mas señas e incluso un enlace de Google maps. Pues ni con esas encontraron la casa. Mientras que Seur, Correos y Amazon no parecen tener esos problemas.
Cuando llamo por fin a Atención al cliente de Gijón después de una reclamación y posterior respuesta con su número de telefono, me contesta una mujer que cuando le digo "me habeis enviado un mail,etc..." me dice que ella no ha enviado nada, que no diga que ella nada porque ella no ha sido. Así que le digo, bueno pues tu empresa me ha mandado y me dice que así si. En fin, luego me dice que mi teléfono está mal y le digo que es un telefono extranjero y puse el país y todo... Me contesta que los repartidores no llaman a telefonos extranjeros. Les sugiero que entonces en su web no habiliten esa opción.
Finalmente, me dice que le mandará hoy las nuevas indicaciones y el enlace de google maps que hace días puse cuando dijeron la primera vez que no había podido entrgar el paquete por falta de datos. No entiendo porque hasta que no llame no le facilitaron esa información al conductor.
En resumen, la entrega mal pero el servicio de atención al cliente maleducado, prepotente y diciendo que es culpa mia porque no es una dirección sencilla, mi telefono es extranjero, etc..

1 month and I am still waiting

I ordered on November several things to give to my little nieces a Xmas present. I wrote them 2 weeks after I bought those things and nobody answer. I wrote them again on social media and to customer service again but nobody answered. After one month I am still waiting my order.

Really bad customer experience and service

My husband ordered one product and we receive that product twice. Then we wrote in the contact form that they made a mistake because we just order one and we just pay for one according to our bank. They told us that they will pick up at home that week the product because it was a mistake.
Two weeks after, we called because nobody came to pick up the product. They told us that they have no email or anything from us and they took the money from the second product from our bank. I explained to them the situation and their answer is that they will report to the IT team but we have to go to Hermes to return the product and then they will give us the money back in 2 weeks. They made the mistake and customer pays for it... really bad service!!!
So the website is not working properly when you buy a product and they have a miscommunication problems in the customer service department. Be careful if you order something ... I will never do it again!!

Bad customer service

Bad customer service: They do not answer.

Service is worst. I ordered a jersey with a express delivery and a week after I am still waiting any answer or the product I paid.

Most of the bikes to rent they do not…

Most of the bikes to rent they do not work and when i report the problem to customer service they did not answer. They just told me to go to other station to rent a bike. I did and they were not working. Bad service and they do not seem ibterested in fix the problems with the bikes or just put some advice.
