Update : issue fixed.

Update: I had some issues with my booking and a frustrating experience with the agent Osama, but thankfully easyJet reached out to help. Penny stepped in, resolved the issue quickly and professionally, and took extra steps to ensure it won’t happen again. Huge thanks to Penny for turning things around.

TERRIBLE

Ordered a week ago, still no idea where is the package. The package hasn’t been handed to the delivery service either, money was charged yet no communication whatsoever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you want to order toys please FIND A DIFFERENT WEBSITE there are plenty of that are legit and reliable. DO NOT BUY HERE.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. No existing customer service !!! Email them and only received automated messages.
They claimed they sent my order, then claimed I didn’t receive it because the city was missing. It wasn’t. Everything was written and correct. They claimed they will resend it, a few minutes later I get another email saying that one part of my order is missing because it’s not longer in stock. Now let’s use logic, order was already sent but suddenly the other item is no longer in stock after resending, so what was sent in the first place ? After few days they claimed the order was delivered. I have not received anything. They have been lying from the beginning . They are greedy for money and can’t even keep up with the service. AWFUL experience. AWFUL customer service. AWFUL delivery service.
