Avoid this shop, save your time and nerves

Why there is no minus star rating for this kind of shops?
Ordered a toy for my kids birthday, after 5 days didnot receive it and checked on their website the status of the order. The status showed "Order cancelled". Nice what a perfect service. They didnot even send you message or notification. They signed you up for stupid newsletter and spam you everyday with it.
avoid this shop, save your time and nerves.

long dlivery, misleading ad, incorrect size

I got their site through web ad. they offered very good prices and immediate availability. in reality delivery took almost 2 weeks and i got the message to pay vat. Next problem the sizes shown on the web site do not correspond to the reality.
The return process is useless, i will lose time and money again and probably get the new staff by end of summer, when i dont need these stuff anymore.
if you order from them take one size bigger. to summarize:
- prices without vat - this should be clearly stated on the ad
- long delivery time
- not correct sizes

they dont care about you

tryied to send money using sberbank MIR card through "paysend". because of the failed transfer, "paysend" informed that they returned the money back to the card, but sberbank still shows status "processing" more than 3 weeks, are you crazy sber? Help line didnot help at all just standard replies "wait" and "we will check". I wrote the claim already but still no reaction. My suggestion AVOID SBERBANK ALWAYS!

better avoid this merchant, save your nerves and cash

Because of covid my flight was cancelled and I expected to get a refund but instead they gave me a voucher valid for 1 year and for travel valid for 2 years. Covid is still in power and noone knows when it ends, so i dont have any plans to flight and ask flighttix to refund insted of voucher. I sent email to them and you know what... of course NO ANSWER. They gave you this crap voucher and forget you. I tried to use contact form on their web site and you know what .... of course YOU CANNOT SEND THE FORM! YOU WILL ALWAYS GET ERROR MESSAGE - NO WAY TO SEND A MESSAGE! Simply they just take /steal your money and give you a piece of crap and you dont know how to use if you dont go anywhere.

not italian not cuisine

Very poor cusine. this is not italian food, totally not. Pasta and risotto only italian names here but not food. Better avoid it. I dont understand how to spoil pizza and pasta even bruscketa the way they do, 2 stars only for vine, but for vine go to other places.

Good service but misleading statement

I dont understand, why it is written that you will keep the key, but in fact you have to leave the key after parking? This is misleading, can you clarify? Next why never mention that I have to pay credit card fee of 1%?

About the car keys, it depends on the parking lot policy which means some parking lots do keep the car keys and others don't ( it is always mentioned in the information section )
Regarding the credit card fee of 1%, it deponds on the banks and not us
We have never encounter an issue about that

Do not buy from them

1. High prices - though they always show sale and dicounts in reality prices higher than in ali.
2. Poor or no service at all - though they mention replace or refund, in reality they do not accept such cases. Even if you present them photos of defective goods and terms of refund and return they always say this is your fault.
3. Not frendly at all, very difficult to get response and finally you get reply that this is your problem if you have defective product
