Worst customer service experience EVER
This is the worst customer service experience I have had in my life. I will never order there again, am deeply disappointed and will not recommend them to anyone.
We have ordered an expensive playhouse from Kidkraft on mytoys.de as our daughter's Easter present. While setting it up, we realized that MyToys sent us the wrong article - not just the wrong color. They sent a whole different house. Also the house we received is cheaper than what we have paid, so if you ask me that is fraudulent.
Contacted their customer service immediately. The house we have ordered is not available anymore and sold out (of course). So they offered that we could return it. They scheduled a pickup for April 19, 2022. I was asked to me home from 8 AM until 8 PM and guess what? No one came and picked it up. This playhouse is huge, sits on a pallet and is in our driveway, which means we cannot use it. Called customer service again and sent multiple emails but only received generic unhelpful, particularly rude answers. One of the customer service reps even hung up the phone!! Another one asked me to be quiet or she would hang up. I have not yelled at them, nor did I call them names or anything. I was just asking them to fix the problem and find a customer oriented solution.
Their solution was to schedule another pickup that is 10 days out!!!! This means that I am waiting 2 more weeks on almost 500 EUR!!!! This is outrageous. I have not received any support but experienced only unprofessional behavior. I'd give 0 stars if I could!
