Wir haben diesen Wecker für die Einschulung meines Sohnes gekauft. Nach drei Wochen Schule ist der Wecker vom Nachttisch gefallen und funktionierte nicht mehr. Für 30€ hätte ich ein robusteres Produkt erwartet. Im Endeffekt ist es nur eine schöne Hülle für den gleichen alten chinesischen Mist, den man sonst überall für 3€ bekommt. Ich habe Customer Service geschrieben, und sie bieten 50% Rabatt. Also, ich würde dann 45€ für Schrott bezahlen müssen.

I ordered a bed at Mytoys.de and it's been 2 months and it's not here yet. I have called multiple times, the customer service can't do anything about it. Really, calling is as good as useless.

After I called for the 3rd time, I received an email that the partner company had sent my bed, and the tracking number (unlinked), which was false! They never actually sent it nor used DHL. I imagine that was a way to stall me from cancelling the order.

Two days ago I receive another email that my bed was on the way and that a shipping agency would call me. It's been two days, and nothing happened. I called to ask about it, and they told me that the bed might come next week, can't assure it.

This means, that I can't provide a bed for my mother this week. What a disappointing experience.
